I made a click and collect order yesterday. I’ve had a confirmation email but it’s now 11:30 the next day and they advertised it can be collected within one and two hours nothing at all and they’re not picking the phone up.❗️aaaargh I don’t want a wasted journey

Staff are always friendly and helpful, like carrying the large bags of cat litter to my car for me. Also Jolleys prices are very good, with a large selection of various products to choose from.

I have been using Jolleys own Lifestyle grain free Artisan range of dog food for my 2yr old Labrador since he came off puppy food. It has a great rating on the highly thought of allaboutdogfood website which made me choose it in the first place, is very competitively priced, most importantly, my dog loves it and has an extremely soft, shiny and healthy coat. I travel half an hour to the Christchurch branch, the staff are consistently very friendly and helpful, no query is too much trouble and I am always served with a smile. There is also a great range of natural treats and chews which are reasonably priced.

Very helpful staff

Cat food is good. The branded litter is not as good as other supposed lesser quality cat litter, for example felight is better quality & not available from Jolleyes ( it used to be). Own branded litter is very dusty & has lost domestic of its quality over the last 6 months or so.

lack of product. Shame as Pets at home stock what you do not.
Maybe be we caught the person on the till/checkout on an off day think it was the store manager! Lack of thanking us for our custom or a goodbye, engagement/customer service costs nothing.

Jolleyes is no longer competitive since the 10% discount for loyalty has been cancelled. However the staff are very friendly and helpful

The shop was well stocked with plenty of dog coats of many different sizes. Our dog is a pub/daschund cross, so long and rotund 😄. Was great to be able to find 2 coats that actually fitted and allows the dog to move 🤣. Staff were very helpful and we were served politely and quickly.
