From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Very helpful staff. I’m a little disappointed that you have discontinued the lose dog biscuits, I don’t have a lot of storage for the larger bags.

Shelves are always well stocked
Shelves are always well stocked. Staff are friendly. Prices are good. The app is awful! Many times I have been unable to use vouchers I have earned because the app is down.

The Best Staff
The staff were extremely helpful, a young girl with glasses helped me find exactly which products I was looking for, and even recommend some more that proved very useful. She was extremely polite and welcoming. Staff like this are a credit to any business, she needs a raise!

Never got anything in stock
Every time I’ve gone in they always low on stock the shelves look bar so I went in for three items which was cat food, cat litter and some bird treats no cat food no cat litter and very little stock on Bird treats so I bought nothing.
