From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. I stopped into Jollyes even though it's not my usual pet shop, and I'm really glad I did. Dylan was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me choose the right dog food (for a fussy 16year old). He answered all my questions, explained the different options clearly, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service from someone who clearly knows their products. The assistant attending me was more than helpful. He carried my 2 big 15kg bags to the counter and then put them in my car. I really appreciated that as I wasn’t able to carry them myself.

Omagh Branch are great
I use Jollyes at least a couple times a month , sometimes more . The staff at the Omagh branch are always pleasant and helpful and my dogs love the Lifestage tinned food .
