Very good and helpful service

Staff are always happy to help and give advice when it is asked for. They also volunteer to carry my bags of frozen meat to the car for me because I find it too heavy.

Every visit the staff have been helpful friendly and welcoming.

We got two kittens Dec 24 and took them to Jollyes Poole to be chipped in Jan 25.
Sadly, a few weeks ago one (Artie) was accidentally transported in a family car boot to a village 5 miles away.
After much searching, posters on street corners, Facebook posts in lost cat groups etc. we heard of an un-chipped black cat that had been run over and taken to the local vets in the distant village. In desperation, though assuming it couldn't be as Artie was chipped, we went. It was indeed our dear Artie, frozen solid as is their policy, it was lucky we got there in time before he was "disposed of". We brought him home to bury in the garden. The vets were so sorry, they assured us they would have contacted us but had checked thoroughly for a chip but none was there. They made clear the accident was such that it could never have effected the chip had it been.
I complained to Jollyes on their website and got an automated reply to confirm, (ref: ## 244370 ##). But that was it, nothing since. They said response is 48 hours. Well that is long past. I'm worried about Artie's brother, is his chip OK? I'm waiting for a reader from ebay to check. I shouldn't have to do this!
I spoke to the local cat sanctuary to stand them down over the search for Artie. They said there had been other instances of cats supposedly chipped by Jollyes that couldn't be scanned.

Got exactly what we went for and the whole experience was pleasant and hassle free. Good value products purchased in nice surroundings
