Was sold wrong item. Wanted a spay to stop dogs urinating indoors. Was given spray to encourage them to urinate in a particular place. Also disappointed no longer sell loose pond sticks

False advert or NOT clear on dog vaccination, saying £20. ,so turned up and charged 35. , never asked for clubcard or given chance to use voucher. Not happy with staff who delt with me
