Jolly Tots Reviews

Great service from the door to payment , helpful suggestions and support to meet our needs and wants for our baby girl
Thank you Kayleigh for being so helpful we have our pushchair and nursery set so far with them and will be going back again :)

Fantastic service as always. Upon walking in, Kiera came over to ask if I needed any help. I had a query on a stroller without a price and she went and got David who found a price for me and was happy to talk through all the pros and cons between the strollers I was looking at, and had great knowledge on helping me finally decide.
I have been coming to jolly tots for years and would always recommend them as you can look at the product in full detail before you buy.
Thank you for taking the time to help me today, I really appreciate it.

We visited jolly tots in Evesham today and the staff were friendly and so helpful. As first time parents we weren’t sure where to start. Maisie was extremely helpful and ensured we understood the features of the pushchairs and car seats.
No pushy sales, just great customer service and good products at a good price. We walked away with the Nuna travel system on the same day for a great price. Highly recommend Maisie and the team. Thank you!

My daughter brought her pram today. We would like to thank the staff at Jolly Tots for all their knowledge in helping us pick the right pram system.

Harvey was fabulous when we visited Jolly Tots today. Knew everything there was to know about the travel systems!
Very impressive and helpful! Will be returning, we highly recommend Jolly Tots Evesham 🥰

Harvey was absolutely brilliant and did an excellent job of demonstrating the pram we wanted. Lovely place and wonderful staff, they have so much range!

Great experience! A massive Thankyou to David for him being helpful and informative in finding a twin pushchair and a cot bed🌟

This will be our third pushchair from Jolly Tots. David was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive in advising us on what to select for our now 2.5 year old as a travel/every day pram. We always recommend you to everyone on the market for all things baby and child related.

David was really helpful and answered all our questions

David from Birmingham store was so helpful today! Really does give 5 star customer service. Thank you David!

We visited Jolly Tots on a friend's recommendation as my wife and I are expecting our first baby, and the experience was truly outstanding. From start to finish, the customer service and pricing were excellent.
We were initially served by Kiera, who was incredibly helpful while showing us a range of prams and car seats. She went above and beyond by walking us through all the colour options and guiding us on how to use the pram attachments. She also made sure we were fully informed about the store’s latest offers and deals.
After deciding on the Joie Finiti Flex Travel and Home Bundle, Louise was brilliant in letting us know which items were available immediately and what needed to be ordered. Finally, David handled the payment process with a friendly and helpful attitude, giving us a clear idea of when to come back for collection.
We highly recommend Jolly Tots to anyone searching for newborn and toddler items. Professional, friendly and great value!

Dave and kira amazing customer service, kind friendly and very welcoming will definitely be back again

I have bought the full egg3 travel system from jolly tots Birmingham, plus next to me crib and bouncer. David in particular was very helpful and informative and helped myself and my husband a lot as we are first time parents and had a lot of questions! Will highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! David and staff were amazing 😍 David knew his knowledge and understanding of every product.., highly recommend!!!!! So happy and excited to come back

Great service! Used jolly tots 8 years ago for my daughter and 8 years on came back for my Neaphew!

David from the birmgham store was so helpful!

The best experience we have had in any baby shop. David was super helpful, was able to demonstrate the products and helped us pack up the car. Would definitely recommend

Recently visited the Evesham store to purchase a Nipper Wagon. The customer service was excellent. They let us try one in our boot to make sure it fits. There was no pressure to buy. The price was the best around and they even disposed of the excess packaging when we bought it so didn't have to take that home. Win win really!
If anyone wants somewhere to look at a variety of products this is the place to go.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Kira sorted me out with a double buggy, bath, play mat and mattress. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I have been coming here for over 25 years and they have always been very helpful with what i have needed.

Treasure trove of a place. The shop was full of bargains. David was so much help explaining all about the items. This will be our go to local baby shop, definitely.
