New boiler and hot water cylinder
We had a new boiler and vented hot water tank from Jones the Gas. We were really impressed with the service we received from the initial quote to completing the work. They managed their work to leave us with heat and water at night whilst the works were ongoing which was a big help as the work took place in a cold snap. They were very polite and friendly and left our house spotless every night. Would have no hesitation in recommencing them .

Yearly Boiler service
I have used Jones the Gas for the last 3 years to service my boiler. The service is excellent, they are very professional, always on time, take pride in their work, respect my property ( even wear booties over their boots!) They always respond to my emails requesting a service very quickly, ensure you book in advance as they are busy. Cannot fault them and would absolutely recommend the business to anyone wanting a reliable and professional service.

Hot water and heating installation.
Jones the Gas was recommended to me by an acquaintance who had work done by them previously. My request for a quote was immediate and the work to revamp my hot water and heating system was completed in a professional trouble free manner. I was pleased that I had chosen a local company as I have the assurance that any issues will be dealt with promptly. The total charge was less than the two quotes I had from larger companies which was a good reason to choose them. I would not hesitate to recommend 'Jones the Gas' for installation and ongoing maintenance.

Brilliant company
Fantastic service.
Got in touch about a problem with my boiler, they gave me advice on trying to see if I can remedy the problem myself and if the problem persists then to get back in touch.
It was beyond my knowledge and capabilities what the problem actually was so I contacted them once again and they had an engineer out within half an hour.
Really professional and highly knowledgeable in their trade, explained in detail why and how the issue came about.
Had the problem sorted in no time. Great guys and will be using them again for any future boiler issues/services.
