Today we had Nigel visit to service and investigate a strange noise in our boiler. Unfortunately we needed a new fan which was sourced, delivered and installed the next day, very lucky considering our boiler is 20 years old.

After 5 weeks of my tenants having no heating or hot water because no plumber wanted to touch was a previous plumber had bodged, Dean was prompt, on time and fixed it within 2 days of seeing it. Absolute gem! Will be using him for everything in the future! Thank you
