Very disappointing
My order was placed on the 11th of December, after many emails, I was told that another money box was being sent, the money went straight from my account but I still have not received anything. Very poor customer service. As I said in one of my emails, no wonder so many people order from Amazon, so reliable and extremely quick service, this what I get for supporting a small company and paying for the postage.
