I was a bit worried about ordering from Jonzara. There were not many reviews and I didn't know of the company. However, my experience has been very positive. The item I ordered came promptly. It was at a (slight) discount and I couldn't find it anywhere else. Yes, I would order from them again.

I ordered the same item in two sizes with the intention of returning one, which is pretty standard when shopping online. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected family issue that delayed my return slightly. The item I sent back was in perfect, unused condition—but because it arrived just a few days outside their 28-day return window, they refused to issue a refund.

While they may be technically within their policy, the complete lack of flexibility or understanding is really disappointing. Life happens, and a good company should be willing to show some compassion in situations like this—especially when the item is clearly resellable.

This experience has left a very negative impression, and I won’t be shopping with them again. Poor customer service and zero goodwill.

Bought a pair of Robell trousers for £44.99, the fabric degraded after 3-4 wears and careful washing. Jonzara inspected the trousers and decided it was normal wear and tear. I would definitely recommend shopping elsewhere for better quality clothing and customer service/returns policy. Primark trousers would last longer!

Update: The response from Jonzara below contains information that is completely new to any communication I've had with them. Furthermore, I am well within my rights to have items professionally altered once I've bought them - and this should not have caused any additional wear and tear if the trousers had been good quality. Please don't bother responding further, since you are now inventing things I've said. The bottom line is that you don't stand by the clothes you sell and you also refused to follow things up with the manufacturer, who advised me to pass on their contact info to you.

Parcel came in the timeframe I paid for and the product was exactly what I wanted.

Jonzara is a trusted shop. Delivery is quick- refunds a few days after returning. Free returns as well. I do not have a problem with buying & returning to Jonzara. What more could you want from a shop that sells higher brand clothing!!

My mum bought dresses to try on for my upcoming wedding in December. She bought two from Jonzara and another brand. She tried both on and they didnt fit. So she returned both. The other brand refunded a week later. Jonzara is yet to refund and it is now almost 4 weeks since the dress was received.

She bought a second dress from Jonzara a couple of weeks later which also didnt fit. She then returned it.

She spoke to customer service today who claimed the dresses had some “grease marks” on them. First of all the dresses were received and returned weeks apart so i dont see how they would have identical marks on them. Secondly , the dress from the other brand was tried and returned at the same time as the 1st Jonzara dress and yet the other brand never reported these so called marks. Jonzara is trying to pull a fast one and i need others to know because you might experience such nonsense from them as well. Have shame Jonzara.

Accidentally found Jonzara online then purchased two Charlie Bears from them.
They had a great deal on for Black Friday, and their delivery was very quick and items well packaged.
Highly recommend this company.

Ordering is easy and delivery is prompt.Returns are free and easy to carry out. Unfortunately I was unable to arrange collection from my house in London UK but the process was still simple.
Sorry to say that so far the items I have ordered have either not fitted or the colour is not what I expected.I would like to be able to contact someone to discuss this. I am a big fan of Betty Barclay but when I compare the new BB with my old BBs the new are bigger. I think maybe the fit has changed and does not fit me so well.I will try another order but dont want to waste Jonzara's time

Good shopping experience, no issues, items were delivered on time and with no issues.

Never heard of them before so I was a little nervous, but I was looking for a specific Handmade Soap Company room spray and they had them in stock. I took the risk, and they delivered today. Excellent & speedy service and I’m really happy with my sprays. I’ll definitely use them again.

Visited the Lisburn store without appointment but they ushered us upstairs to the occasion department without a bother. The girl was so lovely an I didn't even get her name. Nothing was a bother to her an she couldn't do enough to help us an I'm a very fussy customer. she even held 2 dresses until the next day until I made up my couldn't recommend this shop enough.
