AVOID!!!!!
THIS COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A DISGRACE & HAVE IGNORED EMAILS AND THERE IS NO CHANCE OF A REFUND! THEIR COURIER APPARENTLY LEFT MY PARCEL ON MY DOORSTEP SO THE FULL STREET TO SEE AND THE PARCEL WENT MISSING. SO I HAVE NO ITEMS AND THEY HAVE RIPPED ME OFF £69.95! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A DISGRACE! I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING FOR MY REFUND FOR NEARLY A MONTH NOW AND STILL NOTHING!
ALSO THREATENING TO TAKE ME TO COURT IF I SLANDER THEIR NAME! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!

Certainly not even worth the reduced price! Delivery took ages despite the advertising saying they deliver “ Worldwide…” I hope these aren’t a product of modern day slavery?!?!?

Refund policy non existent so don’t bother… I’ll use it together a pillow between my upper thighs to eleviate pain to make some use of it!

I don't often review, never this soon and mostly to b*tch. This is different...Sciatica on left side and recovering from right knee replacement...8 weeks ago. There have been no comfortable positions and sleep suffered accordingly.

Last week I bought a full-length knee pillow. It helped somewhat but too soft and I kept losing it. So to this style small, targeted and with a loop to gently secure to one leg. It came yesterday.

Game changer! Best night in a long time and woke late, pain free! Oh, and I know I fell asleep on left side and woke on right. Works both ways :-)

I received the item today, I used it right away, I saw immediate results I hope it keeps up.

At first I was a little worried because only part of my address appeared on my "bill". I contacted them immediately to correct the error which they did. I also was worried that I would not receive my cushions before I left the US so I paid extra to expedite the delivery. It worked wonderfully. And I must say I noticed after the first night a decrease in my back pain. I really like the cushions and customer service was on top of it from the beginning; Well done and thank you. I will recommend for sure.

The first time I used pillow results were immediate. This is a quality product and I am glad I got one even my friend wanted one after she tried mine.

Delivered within acceptable time. Kept me informed. Restored my faith in online ordering after last order with another company failed to arrive and I had to enlist my bank to get my money back Well done Joololo and Evri.

I ordered a pair of trainers orthopaedic APPARENTLY !!!! Load of rubbish sent back with proof of posting for a refund that I never got

My wife has suffered from hip pain during sleep and this pillow has made a significant improvement from the very first night - it's a game changer - very satisfied.

Had a longish wait but we'll worth it. Good looking and well made it does it's Jon admirably.

After16 days I still haven’t received my cushion. Unfortunately the delivery company used are not reliable. I’ve had problems with them before. However I’m in e mail correspondence with Joololo and I am hopeful they will sort things out.

Update.
At this stage I received an apology from Joololo and was told the parcel would be sent by Royal Mail , Express delivery. However this didn’t happen. It was sent, yet again, by the same courier and, yet again, the same issue occurred . It took another 2 weeks, so a month in total, before I received the goods. The actual cushion is fine but delivery is part of the service. Joololo need to look into what is happening in this respect.

Great customer service I hadn’t received my cushion due to a courier issue but when I emailed joololo they got back straight away and I had my cushion the following morning. I have only used it once yet and found it to be very comfortable and I would highly recommend.

Appalling customer service. Product took weeks to arrive, by which time I no longer wanted the item as I had to buy a different alternative that arrived immediately. I now have to pay shipping costs back to France to receive a refund when they did not fulfil their promise to deliver in the time stated. Avoid!!

I got one of these a few months ago. Best Buy I have made in years. I can sleep on my side with no knee issues. Much better than the bulky pillows I was using before. I highly recommend this.

I am a side sleeper, and now I've been using a pillow fold it in half to do the same thing. But throughout the night, the pillow is up on the floor almost every time. I've been using this Joololo pillow for a few days now and the comfort level went up. Also, it stays in place with that handy strap.
recommend this for people with back issues.

Fit my true size with a little extra wiggle room which I needed to wear extra socks if I want to. Quality is very good and they are very comfortable. I would recommend these boots

PLEASE BEWARE !!! I am not surprised there are no reviews for this sham of a company. If I could put less than one star I would. I ordered in good faith some orthopaedic trainers for £59.99 unfortunately they were too small, so I began to try and return the product. They were also cheap and nasty and not worth the money unlike the pictures and descriptions on their marketing advertising, misrepresentation at its best. I have sent several emails over several weeks and not one reply. Please be careful. I would NOT recommend parting with your hard earned cash to this company. I have reported to my credit card company who are investigating.
