I ordered football boots for my son. The product was fine and looked good quality however my son didn't like the colour. The refund process was horrendous with communication being a major issue. I conformed with all of the requests over the week of communications only to find that they refunded me in points. I made it clear from the start that I wanted a cash refund. They have since ignored my messages. Avoid this company.

Bought an advent calendar. Ten days later, I simply received an email that the transaction was cancelled. No reason.

I paid over $100 AUD for supposed silk quilt cover and got crappy satin. Feel ripped off and have been trying to get in touch for refund to no avail. The joom website is useless nd is happy to take your money but not help you get it back.

I have never got my order. When I paid I didn't get any confirmation letter, I couldn't track it and when I tried to write to them, the order number was "not correct". Total scam

Very bad experiance i paid 175 for a swatch watch i never received.it said delivered and signed for by fastway but i wasnt even there i tried to explain to joom but usual rubbish "did u check with your neighbours shite"i want a full refund which i havent received yet.very disapointed.il stick with amizon prime they never let me down.

Very bad experience. I ordered something it was never delivered. Looks like a scammer company only. My order status didn’t change after 2 months

Even though the platform is technically acceptable and the conversion from PDF documents to flipbooks is generally good, this service is run by a completely unreliable and untrustworthy company.

Our experience with Joomag has taken an unfortunate turn, and we feel obligated to alert potential users about the troubling issues we have faced.

Lack of transparency: Joomag imposed a substantial 300% price increase on us with only three days' notice, displaying a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Defective cancel button: When attempting to cancel our subscription in response to the price increase, we found that the cancel button on their website was non-functional, effectively preventing us from terminating our subscription.

Evasive customer support: In our efforts to cancel, we contacted Joomag's customer support team, only to have our requests ignored and met with repeated attempts to keep us in a longer commitment. This behavior exemplifies a lack of professionalism and respect for customers.

Compelled to initiate chargebacks: Left with no other option, we had to involve our credit card company and initiate a chargeback, adding unnecessary inconvenience to an already challenging situation.

The concerning practices and lack of competence displayed by Joomag have left us extremely disappointed. We strongly recommend against using their services and encourage potential customers to seek alternative platforms that prioritize transparency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Proceed with caution when considering Joomag to avoid being caught in a cycle of frustration and disappointment.
