Really happy with both the muscle rub and hydration tablets. Purchase and delivery was smooth and speedy and the products are great.
I am currently using to boost my pre season performance as a footballer that is getting on a bit in years and playing alongside folk half my age.

The muscle rub has proved to be super effective so far, both pre and post match. To the extent that the morning after playing 90 minutes, my legs feel great and ready to go again straight away.
It’s been particularly hot recently and the electrolytes have been tasty and helped me to stay hydrated throughout. I would highly recommend!

The Joov cooling spray with CBD is an amazing product, five weeks ago I twisted my ankle jumping off a Boulder in Font, the foot swelled badly and bruised, I spoke to Tom and asked it this would help. I ordered a bottle for when I returned home.
I have been massaging it daily with the spray once the swelling reduced and started running gently again on it a week later, the spray really helped take the heat out of the ankle and also relaxed the muscles that aided the healing process and joint mobility. Today I just finished a 65k Ultra trail marathon, again I used the spray prior to the race at the mid point. Top product that’s U.K. made💪

This was my first purchase of the muscle balm and I love it. I have suffered from muscle pains for a while and this balm really helps. I purchased the larger 100ml tin and it will last as you just need a small amount. It was lovely to get a free gift of hydration tablets with my first order and they also taste great. The delivery was fantastic and so fast. I ordered late afternoon and it arrived the very next day which I didn’t expect. Overall I will definitely purchase the balm again once it’s finished. Have just discovered Joov sports products. And after a bad mountain bike crash a few days ago I have been using the muscle rub on a very tender thigh. Straight away I have felt relief from the rub with the warming sensation helping ease the pain. I also love that it is 100% natural with no chemicals. I Will be using Joov products from now on with any injury I have.

Came across this company via Instagram. Impressed by the fact that they use only use natural ingredients and they’re UK based. A bonus was the extra small tin of muscle rub that they packed in my order. Have used it a few times now as part of my event prep. Subtle, but effective without any burning sensation. Energy tabs are good too - slightly salty and subtly lemon flavoured.
Postage was rapid and ordering hassle free.
5 stars all around and will continue to use their products. Hope they are going to develop their range further in order to differentiate in a crowded market.

Highly recommended all Joov products with all the natural ingredients I find it helps with arm pump muscle ache release the best out most brands even when compared to big brands, I’ve recommended joov to many mates since joov was first made and all my mates have agreed it’s a great product

The muscle rub is spot on, it doesn’t leave my gym bag and running backpack! The hydration tablets are great for long days on the bike (and hangovers!). The fact that it’s UK based and uses 100% natural products means this is my go to brand now. Top quality brand.

Now that I’ve spent a bit of time with the various products I feel equipped to give a review, TLDR - amazing stuff, great for post workout recovery and pre workout warm up, hydro tabs are amazing they’ve become a staple of my training sessions now, can’t go without em!

As someone who trains often (5-6 times a week) recovery and injury prevention play a huge role in how and when I train, as a great Wolfgang guilich once said “it’s easy to get strong, getting strong without getting injured is hard” I battled with tendinitis In my wrists, that severely impacted my climbing, it was caused by extremely tight forearms I developed through 8 years of climbing, as a result I always had sore wrists at the end of sessions and pain would generally arise later in the day.

No more though, the CBD spray is unreal, I will honestly say it’s almost an immediate effect, I use it after a session my forearms relax and just like that my wrists feel 100% again, genuinely can’t recommend enough for someone who really values looking after there muscles and tendons 🤙

Now the muscle rub is quite the opposite effect, i use it at the start of sessions where a deep pump is quite likely. So for those long term climbs and sport climbing (I’m a Boulderer) it’s ideal, it promotes blood flow to the forearms, it’s an almost immediate effect you can feel straight away. Banging stuff!

There are a few products I haven’t talked about because I haven’t used them enough to really give a good idea of what they are like but so far, the super carbs and muscle rub balm are definitely worth talking about.

If you were looking to try joov but didn’t know where to start, I’d say either the hydro tabs or the muscle rub spray are my go to’s and they are a must have, sick products!

The electrolyte tablets after trying loads of different products, I wouldn’t ever use anything else from now.

The super carbs i always feel help in the morning before a days ride.

Amazing products! I have tried the muscle balm, muscle spray and the electrolytes and boy and I impressed and super grateful I have them! I am currently prepping for a bikini bodybuilding competition which is very strenuous on the body... Training, cardio and posing all takes its toll and I wake up with DOMS regularly which I've kinda just sucked up and dealt with before but using these products now has really helped me... Half way through the day after using it twice and I can really feel a difference! I highly recommend to any one involved in any sport or physical activity and need a little help!

Great item , the rub helps so much with arm pump and the spray is great in the bath for that muscle soak , don’t add too much as you will find out why 🤣
