Webador's terms state that by registering a free domain name or connecting a custom domain, you agree to waive your right to withdraw from the subscription within the 14-day period.
I did not register a domain name or custom domain name
so this should not have triggered the waiver clause. ????

Within 3 days of purchase
I decided to cancel my subscription because I was unable to use their software, their reply Was

I said I would like to action my right to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period

This company were polite, but not interested in any refund of any kind, this left me with a 12 months upfront payment lost , and a lot of time wasted with this company , all in 3 days only of not being able to even use their website

This company is another name for Webador.com they were taking money out of my account for four months with my without my knowledge. Then shut down my domain and refuse to transfer it over to another when I paid for it until October 2023. They are crooked. They are not honest and they make their invoices read whatever it wants to read, when my bank account speaks differently. I will not advise anyone to use them. There is no customer service phone line everything has to be sent by email. I close one account open up a new account and they got in the new account without my authorization. I’ve changed three debit cards in the last 20 days. They are crooked they will not release my files. I’ve lost files and pictures and my domain. They will not transfer over.

I have been scammed, ordered a pair of Jordan 4s by believing the website was real, paid £170 haven’t been updated with an email to track my order and unable to refund item
