I still have not received my order and the tracking doesn't work. It is for Christmas. The site says it is delivered from SC in the states, but the email I received from Customer Service with the improper English suggests otherwise.

This site is not low cost. I ordered 2 swimsuits that were $98 US. They are not sized as stated and needed to be returned. I was offered $14 which I declined. I was then offered $30. I finally accepted $40 refund. If you are selling high cost items online, you must allow for easy and full refund returns. They would not offer to send alternate size without charging $16 for shipping. Will never use again and will warn friends!

Shipping was fast. The dress was as pictured!

Check out was amazing. I received my order and I fell in love with it, it’s comfortable and cute and I wish it came in more colors.

I am a first time customer, and I ordered 3 dresses off the website. Two of the dresses were not the quality I was expecting (fabric felt thin and cheap, fit was terrible) and I wanted to return them. Each of these dresses were $47.99. I was happy with the third dress, which was lovely!
I have been communicating with the customer service department via email as I could not find a phone number to call. First, I was offered a $16 refund and "you can keep your order." I declined and stated why. I was then offered a $24 refund and again "you can keep your order." I do not want to keep the dresses and I expect to be refunded what I paid for them! I am still waiting to see what the next email will say.
I am extremely frustrated in being treated this way, as if I am asking for something outrageous. I will NOT be ordering from or recommending this company to anyone.

Shipping was a little long but the dresses are awesome. I’m still waiting on the pock dot dress..

I loved the dress I ordered and I will definitely order again. However my original order included a top as well but it was not communicated by Joti that it was no longer available. I noticed that I received a credit on my credit card for it but no news from the company.

The dresses were beautiful but it took too long to get them.

I love the outfits. And the email tracking was nice so i knew where things were at.

I like the clothes I did receive and they fit true to size. I would order from them again.
I would give this a four star except it took longer than expected to receive my items and the tracking provided didn't work until they day they were delivered.
