Backpack very cheaply made. Looks nothing like the product pictures. Took 2 weeks to arrive. Just a bad product period. Avoid this site totally.

Bought £40 GPS apple tracker with cat collar for my cat from here.
It was far too big & decided to return within 30 day money back guarantee.
Been an absolute nitemare-won’t refund unless faulty & asked for photos etc. & offered 10% then 15% refund!!

Order a back pack on here been 4 weeks and nothing just a auto text saying its on its way 🙃 scam don't buy we see if it comes in....also my bank got hacked shortly after

I’ve just placed my first order with Jowsie and I’m really happy with how easy and smooth the whole process was. Everything was straightforward, and I’m very excited to receive my order. I’m looking forward to seeing the products in person and hopefully making Jowsie a regular place to shop. So far, a lovely experience!

The quality of the product is horrible and falls apart within days. Customer service is awful and if you used the product at all, there's nothing they will do to help.

I hope this helps someone else from losing money. I bought a “wall fan” from Jowsie for $110 and the quality was so bad, I wouldn’t have paid $30 for it at the Dollar Store. The customer reviews jowsie has posted have got to be paid for by them. They can’t be legitimate.
I requested a refund right after fan was delivered. I jumped through all of the hoops jowsie customer service asked for- pics, video, and explanation of problem- all send in a timely manner by me. I still had to follow-up with them after not hearing back for a week and a half. I got a 10% refund of original price. Basically less than $15 back to my credit card. In the end, i paid $95 for a noisy, small plastic fan that my husband won’t even use on his nightstand for air movement around his face. I feel scammed and helpless. Like getting pick pocketed and knowing other customers buying from Jowsie will be scammed too.

I purchased a backpack and received a completely different product than what was pictured. Cheap piece of thin plastic. Despite saying they have a 30 day money back guarantee they offered me $6.00 refund for an $80 backpack and then stopped responding to emails. Complete scam

Bought a baby elephant cuddle pillow and it was not the same as what I purchased. Terrible quality, loose stitching and not suitable for a baby. The tag looked like an ikea tag and had poorly translated text saying suitable for 3 and up. Scam website. Dont by from them.

Poor Product Quality and Altered Photos:items received look nothing like the pictures, the website uses altered photos to sell low-quality items at high prices I ordered a robot back pack for 75$ I got a small pack

They are scammed! Don't buy from this company. They sell very dodgy, extremely low quality trash presumably direct from China. When you want to return they tell you to provide pictures, videos and all sorts then refuse ypur return.
Avoid!

you take pictures and videos send labels and etc to email before they can make a decision what type of refund you going to get back so I heard of I would never ever recommend this company. I need my full refund not 10 percent.

Zero stars—they are scammers. The photos they upload of the products are altered, and the products are garbage despite the very high price.

I ordered a purple plush elephant but received a gray one. The phone # on the site just rings. I sent an email & received a reply at 3AM asking me to submit a summary of my issue, photos of the shipping label, photos of the item and a video. Despite doing that, I received a reply that they determined no mistake was made and offered me a coupon for a future order.

Do not trust or use this website/ store.

Sent a total of 6 emails to them regarding an order and they have not responded.

Possibly a scam, I have notified my bank.
