Let me tell you what they re doing to me. Apparently they gave 100 euro bonus ( 100 deposit bonus) total 200 withdrawal.
First they told me that bank roll is 5000 to finish and can withdrawal my funds. Granted.
So I played sports book and from 200 I made it 1500 euros. What happens then? They restricted wagering limit to 2 euro maximum per bet. And had to reach 5000 wagering limit in a month.
Please not that I’m a vip member with this site and my personal manager a guy so call Sanjay told me that there’s nothing he can do and I need to gamble 1500 euros on casino.
Listen to this. I got lucky and managed to reach the 5000 euros gambling roll and they gave 1000 euros only to withdraw as per terms and conditions of the bonus which I didn’t argue as I knew. The problem was they needed a selfie with my document which I ve been trying to give for a whole day and keep telling me that’s it’s no good.
I had an issue as well with a credit card that has bee. Replaced they re asking a photo of the said card which is impossible as I don’t have it any longer and told me that I can’t withdraw my funds till they get the selfie and the photo of the card which the card is destroyed and impossiblee to get.

Don’t bother to register please. My funds are still in my account and impossible to withdraw and are trying the impossible for me not to withdraw.

Awful experience. Is there anything legally to sue them for what they re doing

This casino is a money drainer! You can wager so much money and never get the bonus! If you do you’re lucky to win a couple of quid! I have made multiple deposits and never get the bonus and there are some games where I have wagered £50 or more and not even got a line win!! Playson games are a joke!! I have wagered over £300 and not won anything! Please don’t bother with this site unless you have money to waste.

I wanted to come on here to ask if thejoycasino.com website legit and actually pay you your winnings. ??? Because I’m having trouble with customer service asking me to make different deposits in order to withdraw my winnings which when I first sign up I had to deposit $200 , then $450, then $1500 and now $2,200 … which I already deposited a lot for them to keep saying because of security purposes and it’s always something different and tell me it’s the last deposit that I’m gonna have to make .
