Buyer Beware. This company sells cheap plated jewelry claiming solid 925 silver. I orders a 444 necklace and paid $85 for the sterling silver. A year later the “silver” is turning into copper because it’s wearing off. Real sterling silver doesn’t do that. This is cheap quality and the company is lying. I plan on reporting them to my state authorities.

I purchased the “Signature name necklace” from JoyceName, but custom-requested an additional uppercase initial including their stones, and I have to say… my necklace is even more STUNNING than I could have ever imagined!!! In addition, the customer support team was very attentive and took extra care to ensure my custom request was executed perfectly! Shipping did take a little while, but this is to be expected when dealing with international shipping/delivery. I will most certainly, without a doubt, will be a returning customer!

Had a great experience!!! I ordered the initial and birth flower ring. It was amazing except one of the stones was missing. However when I contacted them to let them know they immediately replaced it and it arrived perfect. It also arrived very fast! I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered a custom name necklace with my kiddos names and the word mama. The M on the mama is missing a diamond. I reached out to the company and they have responded immediately to my concern. They are going to send me a replacement since my necklace I ordered is missing a diamond. I look forward to getting the new necklace with all the diamonds. I’m thankful for the good custom service I have had so far.

The communication with the artist was very good and timely. They reached out to me about an item I wanted done to make sure that They gave me exactly what I wanted.

I ordered the custom heart-shaped locket in a 20"chain. It came out just as beautifully handcrafted as advertised. I have gotten many compliments so far.. My picture quality was a bit darker than anticipated.. However I have no complaints. Picture quality is different for all pictures. The custom service is beyond exceptional. This company goes above and beyond to meet their customers needs and handle any concerns that may arise. You definitely will not be disappointed with the experience you have with them! From production to turn around time. It only took two weeks for me to receive my beautiful piece. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for something special. I will for sure be a returning customer!!

The delivery took a very long time, so patience is a must. When my name necklace did arrive it was beautifully packaged in a small bag and box, and the necklace was exactly what I had envisioned!

I ordered my name chain and waited a while for it quite frustrated. However the team assured me that due to their upgrade in their system it was longer than anticipated. They sent me a gift for my frustration. Then my chain arrived. So happy with it I can’t begin to say. It’s absolutely beautiful. Worth the wait. Love love love it.

I just received my beautiful necklace and absolutely love it. Communication from the beginning, confirming the photo I wanted to use would be suitable to providing me with an image of what my necklace would look like to approve, to shipping date and tracking details and following up.

I ordered the locket end of Nov., 2022, for my granddaughter for Christmas. It was really nice to be able to submit a picture to be placed in the locket. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the locket was very beautiful. My granddaughter absolutely loves it and wears it almost everyday. It took sometime to receive the locket, almost a month, but I figured it was because they are handmade and each one is personalized. But, I contacted them, anyway, to check if I would be receiving it for Christmas. They very promptly answered me and assured me I would receive it in time for Christmas, and I did get it in time for Christmas. I would definitely recommend them and I would order again from them.

Ordered a custom name necklace 12/10 and have yet to receive it. 12/23 they said it would ship out in 2 days. I am so disappointed. $100 lost. I will be seeking legal counsel.

This company sucks! You can't call anyone because their phone number is supposedly busy all the time. I emailed several times for a tracking number and they gave the same BS. I would get in 2 days and final when they gave me a tracking number. It was fake! I want my money back asap! Horrible communication and terrible company

I ordered 2 angel locket necklaces personalized with photos of my grandmother and my co- workers deceased father. They were for Christmas gifts. I ordered with plenty of time before christmas and well within the window of time the website joycename states delivery would be. I emailed them 7 times. In the first email I asked when it would be here and for tracking information. The company responded back to the first email and said sorry wont be here for Christmas. No explanation! I asked in every other email to send me tracking information. They never sent me tracking information and stopped responding. I had to go purchase other gifts because the recipients of these gifts were at my house for Christmas. I have emailed them every day for a week and still have no response. Terrible company- terrible customer service and I will be reporting this fraudulent company who promises delivery time frames and then does not send or send any tracking information!
I will be reporting this as fraud to my credit card as well.

I ordered a bracelet for my niece for a couple of weeks before Christmas. I was assured I would have it in time. As of 12/23, the bracelet has not even been created. Obviously, I won't have it for Christmas. My niece lives out of town and I won't see her for at least another 6 months. I asked for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded since I now have to go get another gift which won't be anywhere as close to as meaningful as this would have been. This same company assured someone on their site 5 days ago that they would have their gift in time for Christmas. They use false advertising and then also flat out lie to get people's orders. Also they keep referring to the necklace that I ordered and I didn't order a necklace nor does my order confirmation say necklace. Don't waste your time or your money. This bueiness does not have integrity.
