Both curtains that I ordered have crooked seams, hang with one side lower than the other, and aside from decent cloth are complete garbage.

Not only are their curtains a great quality, but they are super affordable compared to other companies. Joydeco has a huge selection of curtains and I love that most of them are customizable in size. Highly highly recommend for all your curtain needs!

The curtains fit and are of great quality. Customer service was very accommodating and timely. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

The curtains that I received are of very good quality, and appearance. The amount of time it took to receive them was not acceptable.

The blinds are well-made and installed exactly as per the instructions. They look terrific. The delivery was timely with minimal packaging. We are very satisfied. The only thing that would make it perfect if they were made in USA.

For me, not a good experience. I have tried to get in contact with them for over a month to inquire about something. They either send automated emails but when a follow up is made they ignore the email. To be honest, I’d like to understand why. I understand these companies are busy but to ignore multiple inquiries? Not what I expected from such a business

Updated review: After initially having a confusing experience with the website’s curtain customization tool, that led to me receiving curtains that were not what I expected, the customer service team was quick to respond. They were receptive to the feedback about the website experience, and we came to a resolution for the product I received. I’m excited to receive the new set of curtains!

Despite this initial issue, I was very impressed by the curtain quality overall. They look and feel more expensive than they are, and I received them quickly. I might order another custom pair for another window.

I can’t recommend Joydeco’s curtains enough! I came across their website and found exactly what I was picturing in my head. The linen material was EXACTLY what I wanted so let the light in and the tie back is VERY handy so you don’t have to drill into your walls. I am going to be ordering some more for my other rooms.

Great experience! I ordered two custom curtains for my sunroom. The price was very reasonable, and the delivery was fast — only about two weeks. The curtains look beautiful and fit perfectly. Highly recommend this seller!

I had an issue with my first order because I didn't measure correctly. They gave me a 25% off discount code to use if I placed another order.

Great brand and very lovely curatins, they meet exactly what i was looking for.

These are NOT black out curtains as advertised. They are thin, faux velvet fabric with a low pile, although, the touch feel is pretty nice. There is no additional fabric on the back to block out light as you would expect any cheap blackout curtains you could get at Target would. They are far too expensive to be what they are. All I can say is that they are at least the right size, but the customization doesn't really make up for the other factors.

The company reached out pointing out that the website description says they aren't 100% blackout. It's true. I looked closer and the website says "70-80% blackout" in the description only, which is easy to miss since they are advertised as blackout curtains everywhere else. You know what else is 70-80% blackout curtains? Normal curtains. Therefore these are NOT blackout curtains as advertised in their photos, title and advertising. This is misleading.

Also, since I can't return these, I went to hang them up. I paid for a feature for it to have little pockets for the curtain rod to through because I wanted to make sure they could be as black out as possible (ha!) and I realized that there are two on it. One long one and a bunch of strip pieces sewn on as well. Looked closer at the website and they don't properly explain what they mean by any of that at all. I paid like $20 extra for a feature that's already there. I can't think of a reason as to why anyone would want that extra feature, but who knows.

So tired of these online companies making you have to read all this fine print and deal with tricky wording instead of just selling what they are advertising.

Love the curtains! Very good price and blackout works well. Had a few issues with descriptions being confusing so learn from my experience… the overall description on the product may say “2 panels” but the drop down to choose the length and width of the curtains may also change how many panels you get to 1. The customer service was very nice though and helped me make changes to my order before it shipped.

I’m very happy with the No Drill Cordless Zebra Blinds that I recently bought from Joydeco for our office windows. They are simple to install – each blind took me less than 10 minutes to install using the provided tools. The blinds look stylish and provide effective light control and privacy. They are good value for money, and I would highly recommend them for home and office use.

The velvet black out curtains I ordered were absolutely stunning and blocked all the sun out! The curtains are so soft and easy to wash and I love how customizable they are. If you were looking for a sign to buy this is it!

Fantastic customer service. I had several measurement questions as I was designing for a friend. I also had them make the plug in motor cord longer than original. NO problem! They turned out GREAT. We got motorized blackout shades. Super easy to install and very quiet to move up and down. I always suggest for clients the plug in electric if you have the plug. My experience is that the batteries run out fast on the wireless. I will be buying more for another client. You can't bet the price and quality.

I received my curtains and Roman blind and I couldn’t be happier. The quality was exceptional and the way that they are packaged means that they don’t need ironing. From selecting the fabric to ordering was the easiest process. If you want beautiful curtains then I can’t recommend Jodeco enough.

im completely in love with my roman shades the light filtering is so beautiful, the fabric is so good, installation was really easy!! and shipping was so fast I order 4 roman shades all made to order and they arrive with in 3 weeks!

I absolutely love the curtains I bought. They are sage green with off-white tassels on them, giving them a bohemian look. I plan on purchasing two more! Also, another bonus is we didn't even have to iron them when we received them. They were barely wrinkled upon arrival!

Make sure you really like what you order because the return process is cumbersome and expensive and in my case I decided that although I didn’t like the color of the curtains it wasn’t worth the hassle of trying to return them. I didn’t even take them out of the package to check them out. They are sitting in my basement and I’m over $300 out of pocket. I will not be ordering from this company again
