Ordered from them. Took forever… Not only do they provide tracking info that makes no sense, but then it states product was delivered when in fact I never received it. An auto reply to my customer service inquiry and nothing more. Very frustrating and would not recommend purchasing from them. SCAM!!! They take your order, product doesn’t arrive. Stay away.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
If I could put zero stars, I would. Shipping stated 10 days to receive my 2 items. They did not even ship until the 11th day and we are now at day 19 and still no merchandise. E-mailed customer service 2 times and they are just USELESS, no real information on WHEN if ever I will receive my goods.

BE FOREWARNED!!! Worst company EVER for shipping as promised and updating shipping information. I ordered a mobile phone bracket back on JUNE 27. Was advertised as 10 day delivery but it wasn’t even picked up by the carrier until JULY 13. Said it arrived at transport hub on JULY 15. Last update was on JULY 22 stating completion of customs processing. No updates since! Map shows it’s been sitting in the same location in Illinois since JULY 22nd. No updates since that date.
Multiple contacts for updates but customer service continues to send the same “sterile” instructions for tracking the tracking number. THEY MAKE NO EFFORT TO FIND OUT WHAT THE HOLDUP IS!
What an incredibly non-professional company this is. I will not be ordering from Joyeloo nor SHOP again after this fiasco.

product took weeks to arrive, no installation instructions...when I did find how to put them on they made absolutely no difference in dampening the noise when shutting a car door - useless product.

I ordered a magnetic iPhone holder for the car but never received it 6 wks later!!! Read the reviews now!!!! Wish I’d read them before!!!

THEY ADVERTISE ONE THING, AND THEN SEND YOU CHEAP RUBBISH….AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

If this company was in the UK they would be shut down, because what they are doing is against the law. The show you a nice advertisement on instagram, and the time looks good when you click through to buy it. However what arrives through your door is nothing like what you’ve seen, and is the cheapest, nastiest piece of rubbish.

When you try to claim your money back, they fob you off with small amounts, which isn’t acceptable. So you then try to claim your money back through PayPal and again try to fob you off with small amounts. They do eventually say they will refund, if they get their “rubbish” back…..£8.50 return postage for something that only cost £14. They also drag their feet so long, that PayPal (in their infinite wisdom) decide to just close the case in the sellers favour.

It’s not the cost, it’s the principle, how many times has this happened, how much money has this sham company CONNED out of people. Avoid this company, and avoid all cheap Chinese rubbish that’s advertised on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc!

Do not purchase the magnetic iPhone holder for your car. The magnet is not strong enough to hold your phone so it’s worthless. Additionally, I ordered this item specifically to fit my vehicle and selected ‘Acura’ as the make. They sent me a clip with ‘Audi’ stamped in it. It took over a month for this item to ship as well. I wouldn’t purchase anything from this company.

Bought a family pack of anti choking devices. They are fake! No suction, don’t work and potentially put lives in danger. I’m fuming with myself for not checking the website first! Will never use this site again.

Magnetic phone holder received after a months wait. Useless. Magnet is not strong enough to hold the phone. Avoid at all costs.

Took 4 weeks for phone holder to be delivered. Holder looks flimsy and not good quality.

I purchased the lip balm. I had no idea the product was coming from China. I would never put a cosmetic coming from China on my body. God only knows what ingredients they put in their cosmetics. Lead has been found in products from China. Anyway, asked for a return and refund, I have not opened the lip balms, they are in original condition. I’m getting the run around. They want me to ship back to China even though there is a Chicago, USA address on the return label. I told them I will not ship to China because the return label says Chicago. I am willing to ship to a US address but have not heard back in days. They did ask me what I would accept back as a refund. I told them the full amount because I will return the items to a US address. Again, no response for days. I doubt I will ever see a refund. Do not buy from this company! I never will again.

Ordered short sleeve stretch dress shirt for $35 Canadian. The quality is absolute shit. I wouldn't pay $10 for it. Shipping was another $10

As most reviews show this company is very poorly run. Ordered the car door jamb kit. $12.95 plus $4.98 shipping. Later saw on Amazon for $9.95 free shipping.
After waiting over a week, hearing nothing about when I would receive them, I tried to track shipping and couldn’t find any info. After 10 days I sent email to company to cancel order and return payment. Received an email back stating order had shipped.
Finally able to track, package was just packed at warehouse. Finally received product today 24 days after order. Product is not what I expected, overpriced and poor customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH JOYELOO EVER.

I ordered something a year ago and tried ordering something today and it still is picking up an address in FL and I am in NC. I put in the correct ship to address which is the same as my billing address! I sent this to customer service as soon as I ordered and it is still showing the Fl address! No # to call and not getting a person to help either by Email or otherwise!

Just received the magnetic IPhone holder. Like other reviewers, bloody thing doesn’t work - magnet not strong enough to hold the phone. So disgusted. Can’t be bothered to try and claim a refund. Never ordering anything off Instagram again.

Rubbish product, nothing like what is advertised

I placed an order with Joyeloo several weeks ago and have not received anything. I’ve tried contacting them by email, but I haven’t received a clear response or any solution.
It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a product and receive neither the item nor proper customer service. I feel scammed.
I will not buy from this store again and do not recommend Joyeloo to anyone. Be careful.

Scam website!!!!!!! They say shipping is included yet they bill you for it then the double charge you for shipping. When package arrived postman said they print a fake label and then to receive package I would have had to pay for shipping!!!!!! No customer service!!!!! Stay away from this site
