We have two pocket beagles in the 20-25…
We have two pocket beagles in the 20-25 pound range. The medium size J harnesses were too big for them. The small ones are ideal. The J harnesses with the illuminated strips are best for night walks. Our female tends to pull out of most harnesses, as a result we got her a different one with three point security (collar, neck, and belly straps). If your dog is not an escape artist, the J harness is the best. My five stars are for the harnesses with the illumination. I recommend this product.

Comment: I purchased a holiday harness in October. It was shipped to an incorrect address, but finally reached us here in Sarasota. Turned out the harness was too large so I initiated a return request which was authorized Dec. 8, and I returned the harness through the UPS store as instructed. I got a notice that the return was accepted, refund TBD. Meanwhile I had purchased a smaller harness at the full price because we wanted it for Christmas. Now I get a notice from Facebook that my return wasn't accepted because "the item no longer needs to be returned". WHAT?? You have my money AND my harness. This is fraudulent. You need to make this right. If you're not giving me a refund, then you need to return my harness, simple as that. Based on this experience, I would not recommend that anyone purchase anything from JoyRide Harness. Please tell me that a mistake has been made. I have documentation to support all of the details above. Awaiting your immediate good faith reaction.... Lois Bates

Buyer beware. Harness chokes my dog. Terrible refund policy. Abysmal Customer Service.
The harness fits my dog but after numerous adjustments, the neck strap still chokes my dog. Terrible design. Tried to get a refund but the refund process is a joke and I could only get an exchange for more useless product form this company. I should have learned from previous experience with Facebook advertised items. Every single time I have purchased from there, it has been a ripoff just like this one. I'll stick to Amazon and other reputable markets from now on.

Excellent product
Excellent product - better than the old ones; Looks like the sewing is stronger and the rings are better attached. The harness seems to be made a lot differently, and the material the harness is made of doesn't rub fur or hair off my dog's chest.

switched all 3 of my big dogs…
I’ve switched all three of my big dogs - 2 hounds and a bullmastiff over to Joyride harnesses because they are so easy to get on and off and the dogs cooperate better on walks than they do with just collars. Big girl tore the handle loose on hers a couple of years ago and Joyride replaced with no problem. Their customer service is great!

Almost Perfect (Almost)
I love the harness. It is very nice. Very well made. And I love the little leash that attaches to it. However, if you're going to give away something free, the free item should work. I texted and I emailed about the light up tag That came with the harness not working, And I even submitted for a replacement. I've heard nothing more (except someone who wanted to chat while I was at work) Who didn't understand what the problem was apparently couldn't speak English. Not even joking. I am so done with trying to get this exchange that I'm going to try and solder the little board myself to make the lights work.

Yes they have a nice harness BUT they…
Yes they have a nice harness BUT they have zero customer service. They sent the wrong harness and literally will not help with an exchange. There
Is not one paper
in the package ( like with return info) and they do not have a number or contact info They respond to. On the other hand I have never received more SPAM from a single company ever and I asked them to stop by responding to their spam. Doesn’t matter bc they do not have 2 way communication! They are so much trouble as a company that they are not worth dealing with!!
This is their only and repeated response and this is as far as you’ll get:
“Thank you for contacting us! Your message has been received and will be reviewed by our support team for assistance. But maybe I, Dog Bot, can fetch the right resources for you and help out ahead of time like the goodest doggo I am. 🐾”
