Very thorough and helpful. Knew at all times what the status of my new car was. Great communication from all in JPMG.

I purchased a new car from Johnson and Perrott and from start to finish the service and attention to detail was excellent.
They communicated with me and kept me informed of the process and overall I am very happy to have dealt with them.
I was dealing with Jack Casey Ford Brand Manager in Mahon and he was incredibly helpful,pleasant and very good at his job.

I was disappointed because I brought my car in at 1.40pm for 2.00pm appointment. When I returned to collect my car at 4.00pm it was still in the car park untouched.
I then had to wait until 5.15 pm before i got the car back then had to ask for the car to be washed? Happy with the works could be better with the time

Johnson and Perrott Douglas have a very bad service department. Our Kia was under warranty and due a service late 2025. Because of the shocking communication from the service department and the unavailability of dates for servicing the car, we eventually got car serviced but it wasn’t until a few months later. I was told by a staff member in Douglas, not to worry about going beyond the service dates as the warranty would still be good. A sensor acted up recently and now Kia won’t cover it under warranty because of service dates. Will never support this company again.

Excellent customer support and service as always

On arrival I was greeted by very friendly staff. Advised me to park up and they would contact me when service was done. I had driven from Waterford that morning, en route a light came on indicating pressure in tyres needed attention. I stopped twice to fill up….though not too sure I was filling or emptying !
I wasn’t too concerned as I imagined the Service would address this issue. On collecting the car I paid the agreed amount. Was disappointed though as when I turned the car on the tyre pressure warning indicator was still showing …I returned to reception only to be told I would have to pay another €70 to correct this!
I wasn’t confident enough to drive off without having it done so had to pay up.
Just a small point. I previously owned a few Toyota RAV 4 cars, downsized to this MG. Whenever I took them in for a service they always gave the car a clean!

I recently had my car serviced at JLR Johnson & Perrott Cork, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Shane Galvin was fantastic to deal with—professional, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The service was seamless, communication was excellent, and I left feeling like a valued customer. Highly recommend Johnson & Perrott Cork, especially if you're dealing with Shane.

We recently had our car serviced at Johnson and Perrott Volvo. Excellent experience from start to finish, with friendly professional staff. A pleasure to deal with. We would not get our Volvo serviced with anyone else.

The JnP Mahon is not a great place. I’ve bought my MG there and the after sales has been a nightmare from day one. For a service they’ve unnecessarily made me wait over the time window and the car wasn’t even washed! You would think when you pay north of 500 euros for a service they’ll provide some decent level of service. I’ve had Skoda/ Volkswagens before and Noel Deasy and Blackwater motors are fabulous places for after sales.

The minute we walked in the door we were treated with respect. Attention to detail was outstanding. Everything was explained nothing left out. Conor Dinneen dealt with us. He was so attentive. Conor sorted everything for us. Excellent customer service.

As always,great customer service from Peter Punch who went out of his way to start work early on a saturday morning to facilitate us collecting our new car.
And the great piece of mind buying a premium product ,from a well established and well run dealership.
