We moved into our house that had a fair few plumbing issues. JRD were quick to respond and solved all our problems quickly and efficiently. They have great communication and we now use them for our annual maintenance. They also have excellent aftercare. I'd recommend.

Very reliable and excellent service. This is the second time I have had my boiler serviced by Jake at JRD Plumbing. Last year due to my negligence my boiler needed a complete overhaul with new parts etc, nothing was too much trouble for Jake, the work done and boiler as new again. This year he was able to give my boiler a normal service. Excellent work and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you Jake.

We had a quotation for installing a Hive thermostat together with individual thermostats on some of our radiators. Once we accepted, the plumber arrived on the agreed date and time, and carried out the work efficiently and without leaving any mess. He then explained how the Hive system worked and helped us to set it up on our iphone. The whole process was handled in an efficient and professional way and we have had no problems since installation. I would be very happy to use JRD Plumbing & Heating for any future work.

JRD Plumbing have made an excellent job of refitting our ensuite bathroom. Harry was a hardworking proactive craftsman whose attention to detail was brilliant. He went the extra mile to make sure the finished room looks amazing and more than met our expectations.

Really great service, value, and communication with me and my tenant. I also really appreciate the annual reminder about the gas certificate for my rental place, one thing that I don’t have to worry about.

These guys are the easiest and the best to deal with, always flexible, great customer service, no job is too small or large, none of the arrogance of their competitors, and perfect service each time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have used JRD PLUMBING AND HEATING a couple of times both Jake and Tom are very efficient and professional and go the extra mile to complete the jobs. Friendly and efficient. Jess who runs admin and accounts keeps you updated and ensures timing schedules are kept. I would not use any other firm.

We used JRD a couple of times to help with our garden shower, and they have been amazing! Jess makes the booking process so easy and stress free! We had Alec come out to fix a pressure issue and he was super friendly and helpful! We would highly recommend this company:)

Excellent Service from JRD team, from the office staff to the guys carrying out the works. Carried out an annual Boiler Service for us, then came back a couple of days later to rectify a fault with the way the boiler controls were originally installed (by a different company!). The team were professional, knowledgable and friendly. Work was of the highest standard with no issues. I have no hesitation in recomending The JRD team, and will definately be calling on them for future works.

I have had JRD out twice. They stripped everything out of my bathroom and installed a new shower cubicle, sink, toilet. Very efficient and cleared everything and left everything clear and tidy. I then had to have a new boiler, they explained well what my choices were and sourced a suitable replacement and fitted it. Very efficient company, would highly recomend them. The whole team are very polite and friendly.

JRD plumbing were recommended to me by local people from the local area . Our boiler had stopped working in the cold weather when you need it most .We had been having our boiler serviced regularly by another heating engineer.Jake came out to sort the problem , he was with us till nearly 8pm . He was shocked to find the state of the boiler which looked like it had never been serviced. He explained everything and showed my husband and myself the problem.Jake was very professional and personable.JRD are now our go to for any heating problems and servicing . I would highly recommend them .

We recently moved into a house with very poor hot water pressure so it dribbled out of the kitchen sink and a pump was needed for the shower. We saw that the issues could be solved by installing an unvented tank. This needed to be done before we remodelled the bathroom so we got in touch with JRD Plumbing following a Facebook recommendation. I admit I was a bit dubious about using a company recommended this way and that I had not heard of previously. I need not have worried as within a day or two of contacting them Jake came out to look at the job and sent me a detailed quote. On acceptance a date was confirmed and two of his team arrived ready to begin work first thing in the morning of that date. Harry and Tom were clean and tidy throughout the day, they were friendly but professional and they discussed with me exactly what they were going to be doing to make sure I was happy with every element before it was carried out. The tank was replaced and they thoroughly cleared away any mess before leaving. We now have excellent pressure and couldn’t be happier with the work carried out. I would highly recommend Jake and his team at JRD and would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again. I have already requested a quote to revamp the shower room.
