The flowers arrived half dead and not as pictured, I called to complain and they said oh yeah we know what order that was and gave me 50% off, I’m thinking if they knew they were sending me bad flowers they shouldn’t of done it in the first place
In response to the vendors reply… I had not opened and had not gone through all the boxes of flowers at the time I called To complain that they were not as pictured, once I had done that I had to throw half of the flowers away and buy them from a local florist, I ended up spending more than the discount I was given to replace them

Hi Jill, when you called to complain it was regarding you not being happy with the color assortment included in the tinted daisy box. The reason, I knew what order it was had to do with us only having one order for tinted daisy that week. We offer a 100% money back guarantee if a customer is not 100% happy, just have to send the product back at our expense. You agree to work with the colors at hand for a 50% discount. Had it been quality related issue, we would have send a replacement box and requested the flowers you claimed as bad, back. I do appreciate you working with the flowers you received at a discounted price. Thank you.
