Jeg kan desværre ikke anbefale denne lejer. Forløbet var præget af manglende ærlighed og brud på aftaler. Der blev ikke overholdt de økonomiske forpligtelser, og kommunikationen var ofte undvigende eller udeblev helt. Det skabte unødvendige problemer og ekstra arbejde. Jeg vil derfor råde andre udlejere til at være meget opmærksomme, hvis de overvejer at indgå en aftale med dette firma.

We lived in an apartment managed by JTEjendomme for one year, and our overall experience was disappointing. After moving out, we received a consumption recalculation with an unexpectedly high additional charge. The amount was exaggerated considering the size of the apartment and the fact that we were frequently away during the year, which should have resulted in lower consumption.

The charges felt neither fair nor transparent, and left us questioning the accuracy of the billing. Unfortunately, this overshadowed our entire rental experience.

I do not recommend renting from JTEjendomme. If you're looking for a reliable rental experience, I strongly suggest choosing a different company and a more modern apartment to avoid unnecessary stress and costs.

When we first moved in, we had a decent experience with Jan, he was friendly and responded quickly, especially in the beginning. But over time, several issues became clear, and unfortunately, our final impression was very different from how things started.

The apartment itself was not in good condition. It was clear that maintenance had been neglected over the years, many things were old and worn down, and basic upkeep seemed to be lacking. There were air bubbles on the walls, which raised concerns about possible moisture or mold, though this was never officially confirmed. Getting anything fixed usually took a long time, even when problems were reported.

We were also affected by loud neighbors, which made the living experience less comfortable.

After moving out, we tried to resolve a billing issue for heating, where we were charged a high amount despite being away from the apartment for over three months and having everything turned off. One radiator stayed warm the entire time, which we reported, but no action was taken. In the end, we were met with dismissive and unprofessional communication, with no willingness to listen or understand our side. That experience, especially from the administrator handling the case, made it clear that tenants are not treated with respect once they move out.

We’ve paid the amount, but we’re left with a very negative impression and cannot recommend JT Ejendomme based on how this situation was handled.

Fusk på højeste plan.. når man spørger om reparation går der mange måneder, og de tager HELE dit indskud + lidt mere…

Når man bor til leje hos dem og der sker en vandskade så bliver det ikke lavet der går flere mdr. Inden det bliver lavet og det er rene lappe løsninger og man ringer og ringer og tingene bliver aldrig gjort helt færdig.
Plus de tager alt ens indskud og der er intet at gøre de snyder alle steder.
Så det var et meget dyrt bekendtskab.
