The best business learning experience I have ever had! They were prompt with the schedule, kept the focus laser sharp, and were very professional in their delivery of the information. I took part in the 8 week M7A program and would recommend this program for anyone, beginner or experienced, to learn more about buying businesses. There’s lots of opportunity in not just buying a single business, but in buying multiple businesses, and entering into the private equity world. It was a practical course that was useful for everyone, from those just starting out, to others already buying and selling business. My biggest takeaway: Don't look for companies that need to be turned around (a dog with fleas) but instead think bigger and focus on building relationships with owners of well-run companies that could be targets for acquisition to be that first platform company acquisition. Also, think about the exit before you begin, and don't buy yourself a job.

Being part of Building Net Worth changed how I learn and grow. I gained access to a wealth of resources and a community that pushes you to take action. In 2024 I attended Mega Success for the first time, and in October 2024 I signed up with Building Net Worth. I purchased both books, joined AI Affiliate, and now have both the 89 series. I’m already scheduled for Mega Success again this year. The opportunities are endless if you’re willing to put in the work.

The JT Foxx M7A model course training is exceptional. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to take a course on how to scale and exit a business whether you are selling your own business, buying or selling a business, or partnering with JT Foxx on scaling and exiting a business.
JT and the implementation team cover business valuation, due diligence, marketing, scaling strategies, and AI integration. The class is 2 months and covers in depth step by step knowledge of such items as the optimal "buy box" "equity rollover", and the details of business valuation. Its comprehensive and is a positive disruptor in the private equity world in that the business owner keeps the full valuation of their company, JT partners with them to grow their company, and they also receive a percentage of the profits upon exit of the scaled company.

There was no judgment in taking the training. It's been a while since I've looked at P&L and Balance Sheets so most of what was taught I knew and it came back easily. However there were people in the training who had never been involved with business at the EBITDA level and proper time was taken to have them be included in the learning. Excellent.

JT Foxx has been a mentor, a coach and a business partner to me. His handling of the deals we have done together has shown him to be of the highest integrity.
He offers coaching and courses, and his tremendous archive of interviews, courses, so much more is available. Currently, he's turned his considerable business prowess to Mergers and Acquisitions, joining forces with Adam Coffey, and offering education and opportunities. He also put everything he's ever done, his entire content, and developed his own AI! JT's Brain!
JT has an incredible new book, "Business is War". His explanation of the "Value Amplifier Effect" was very clarifying for me, explaining how customers buy "transformations" not products and advises us to focus on outcomes rather than features.

AMAZING! By completing JT Foxx's M7A program has given me a detailed insight into exactly how business merger's and acquisitions work, how to value and scale a company, how to structure and finance a deal. No fluff just real raw examples of how M & A works super valuable would highly recommend to anyone wanting to scale their business or get into M & A.

No B.S. theory, this class was based on experience. The M7A program provides "insider valuable information" from Denis, Larry, Adam and JT that helped me understand both traditional private equity strategies and also coupled with emerging AI integration.

Also, JT being "ahead of his time in his initiatives such as his M7A model for private equity and AI partnerships with Insiders tied into the real life experiences of the instructors coupled with case studies is all invaluable.

The opportunities that have opened up, the like-minded people I’ve met, and the level of growth I’ve experienced are beyond what I imagined possible. I’m finally executing on the things I always knew I could do but until now, I never had the right community around me to make it real.

I can’t endorse JT Foxx and the 1% of the 1% enough. Even this post doesn’t come close to expressing the depth of gratitude I have for what this group has done for me personally and professionally.

When I firsf saw JT Foxx I was a little taken back. My initial thought was "a guy with that net worth: why is he doing this?" and the next thought: "He's brutally honest when coaching, almost to the point of being rude!"

But I soon found out JT speaks his mind in order to break through the"permafrost" of a person's stubbornness to get them to truly realize their full potential versus other coaches that fluff up your ego in order to make more money.

He is also one of the most loyal people I've ever met, and hands down, the hardest working person I have ever seen. It is these qualities, plus the amazing people in the organization, that prompted me to commit to being an Insider. Every single person I've met at Mega Success are incredible and just being in close proximity to these people versus my existing network that was holding me back, was the primer I needed to change and transform.
