Prejudiced
When trying to purchase the VE day 80th anniversary solid gold coin I found out that the jubilee mint is prejudiced against me for having mental health problems, they blocked my payment card and me from ALL future attempts to buy ANY numismatic pieces, absolutely deplorable and discriminatory, despite years of buying from THESE people I'm now not fit to be on the bottom of their shoe, they really don't give a damn, NOT a good experience from a turncoat two-faced company. !!!!

What I ordered didn’t come until Christmas Eve which was too late to get it to my grandson for his collection to say that I was disappointed but my grandson was devastated. Your initial order was placed on 7th December and shipped on 9th December via Royal Mail. When you informed us on 17th December that you had not received the coin, we promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent on 20th December via Royal Mail Tracked24. Unfortunately, the replacement item was not signed for until 24th December.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by these delivery delays. While we do advise that deliveries can take 7 to 10 working days, particularly during the busy Christmas holiday season, we understand the frustration this may have caused. Despite our efforts to expedite the replacement, we regret that this did not fully resolve the issue as intended.

The guy mis sold the coin. I was not informed how small and pathetic the coin was, so I sent it back. Always calling so I've kindly requested no more calls. Also had to pay return and delivery postage so not buying anymore coins for now
