the plaid pattern on the back was blurry and wavy. other than that it was good.

Figurine turned out even better than I expected!

There was nothing on the website that said that the picture couldn’t have nudist, but I got an email saying it couldn’t, I had to send a few other pictures to get 1 that worked, and it was way to small of a figure for the pice.

The minitures are OK but the quality is FAR below what is advertised and not competitive with a well painted miniture. It looks better than what I can paint. But vs the guy who charges me $25 to hand paint a minitures its second best. Also the cost of their 3D files is insane.

I felt like the timeline was quite a bit longer than what was promised, and a couple of the figurines did not come out like the model that was sent in. The ones that did come back accurately were amazing. But two maybe three (if I’m being picky) of them were not accurate to the model.

I have tried 4 different companies to get a good likeness of my cat. This is the first one that got it right. It was shipped so well that it could probably be dropped off the roof and be fine. Highly recommend.

The only criticism is that it took almost a month to get to me, though that makes sense because it is a custom piece. The design was great and detailed! It also seems to be constructed really well. It has a good weight to it and is sturdy. I would order from JuJuBit again!

completely exceeded my expectations. I took the chance as our gaming table is always looking for quality, representative figs for our games and good paint jobs worthy of our heroes. JuJuBit seemed to promise both, so I sent a test over to see what we could expect of printing, painting, and shipping. Was blown away on all fronts. Getting the 2D picture uploaded was simple, and then tweaking the 3D render was easy and came out well enough to feel good about submitting to order. Was trying to get it by the time your new campaign started and expected a long shipping time, so went for expedited shipping. Following progress on their website, the model was turned around in about 5 days. Shipping was under 2 weeks. Opening the box at our gaming table was a revelation, the finished figure blew us away. If I had any complaint, I would have liked a better explanation of the scaling, like showing a measuring tape or a standard d20 next to the render, since our big barbarian was just a bit smaller than the 32 or 34mm sculpts we had already. At least we know for future orders to compensate for the base thickness or items that are taller than the head. Other than that small wrinkle, couldn’t be happier and our group has all put in their orders as well. Also, if you make an account they save previous orders, so I was able to pull up my previous design, tweak the specs, and reorder it in about 2 minutes.

Miniature looks awesome, but for the price of 100 plus dollars I thought it would be bigger, I hate to see a low priced Miniature, that is the only problem I was upset with, I felt I didn't get my money's worth the whole value.

It turned out a lot better than I expected. No idea how they get that much detail on a figurine.

The minis came out surprisingly close to the 3D model. The material feels solid and more rigid than the Wizkidz minis. The color is pretty close to the model but has a slightly faded look. Overall, I think it was worth the purchase to give my DnD experience a premium feel.

I can not speak to others' experiences, but I had an excellent experience with JuJuBit. I bought 6 custom TTRPG minis - the smallest size. Creating them was fun for my DnD group, and they came out phenomenal! One was missing but this was easily resolved. Some mentioned poor customer service but I had the opposite experience. Prompt reponses and quick resolution and the last mini came as expected of equal quality to the rest which as noted were all AWESOME! I would use the company again. The arrival took some time but I believe this is mostly just due to clearing customs. Great overall experience and extremely satisfied.

The figurine was exactly what I would hope it would be although I would have liked to have had the option to order a larger version. my daughter loved it, and it will be a part of her life for a very long time. The only complaint I have is the company never responded to my 3 requests for status updates because it was taking so longso I would suggest that they work on that communication skill.

A perfect replica of the picture and I love it. This company is the real deal.

The figure looks fantastic. My only complaint is the time it takes to get it and I wish it was larger.

I liked the product, smaller than I hoped, but it's nice.
I didn't like that it came in a huge box making me think it was bigger than it was. Also, there was no communication from seller. I emailed a few times asking for an update with no response

This is my first time using jujubit.ai. I am still very optimistic despite it taking a long while to receive my order. I am planning on being patient as I know the process time can take a while. I love their ai preview. I often find myself trying new character possibilities and saving them for my next purchase. It is a very unique concept I wish I had when I was a kid as the idea of having a toy or figure of your dreams sounds amazing. Though I have to say I am not a fan of the prices. As it takes a arm and a leg just to get two figures. But I am hopeful they will turn out right. If so I will for sure be a life long customer.
