FRAUDE : Jai fait 1 achat sur le site et les 58,50 euros sont bien débités sur mon compte bancaire. Mais je navais pas recu le mail de confirmation ce qui etair bizzare. Ce matin le SAV me dit quil ny a pas de,commande pour moi. Alors qui a pris mes 58,50 € ?

I’ve purchased the nut of perfume sent, and the pair sent directly from Sephora and have had no issues. However, I received a $15 discount code to order it directly from the Juliet has a gun website.

Within two days, I notified customer service that I would like to return the bottle of not a Perfume - because it smelled of pure alcohol.
They informed me I had to wait for the bottle to macerate or settle after the bottle has opened. The also refused to waive the $15 restocking fee.

I was so fed up. I wanted to return the bottle anyway, but when I went to my account, it says item has already been returned, and now I can’t generate a return label. They have since stopped responding to me. I contacted apparently the location in Europe, which then said they contacted the United States customer service on my behalf.

I still have not heard back from anyone and I will be issuing a charge back through my credit card company

None of the bottles Ive purchased from Sephora, and there have been three so far, have ever smelled like pure rubbing alcohol.
If you really enjoy the perfume like I do buy from Sephora, where they have better customer service and return policies

Asked Customer Service WHERE to find the batch code on the box. They replied:

"Unfortunately, at this time, we are not providing authenticity, confirming batch code numbers or providing manufacturing dates. To ensure you are receiving authentic fragrances, please purchase directly from our website. Typically, our fragrances have a shelf life of 5 years from the date of purchase, as long as they are stored properly.

Ho voluto provare ad acquistare questo profumo (il NOT A PERFUME) sul sito ufficiale, perché ne avevo comprato uno online e non mi convincevo fosse originale. Purtroppo la durata è identica, cioè pari a 30 secondi scarsi. Avevo preso il primissimo anni fa, e, seppur debole in durata, per qualche ora si sentiva. Questo, ripeto, come acqua fresca, se non nel momento in cui lo si spruzza. Fantastico invece il Musc Invisible, che avevo chiesto come campione, e sorprendente il LIPSTICK FEVER sempre in omaggio campione (insieme ad altri, come EX VETIVER, che però non mi è piaciuto per niente). Ecco, dovessi acquistare di nuovo mi orienterei su questi (se li trovassi scontati ;) ). Perfetta la tracciabilità, la consegna e l'imballaggio. 5 stelle meritate, perché qui non si giudica il profumo, ma l'azienda, che ho contattato prima dell'acquisto ed è stata gentilissima e sollecita nel rispondere a dei dubbi che avevo.

I hate that I can't purchase from this brand anymore, because they do have some unique fragrances. But, today, after contacting customer service after receiving a $100+ bottle of perfume that would not spray, the associate implied that I should go DIG THROUGH MY TRASH to find the box to send the defective bottle back to them before anything could be done. After speaking with a manager, I was made to send a video of the defective bottle not spraying before anything could be done. I did so, and received no response. If you want one of their generic fragrances, buy them through Sephora; if you want any of the others, don't bother trying.

J'ai récemment découvert Juliette Has A Gun et je suis complètement conquis. Le site est très bien fait, clair et intuitif. J'ai commandé "Not a Perfume" pour ma copine.

"Juliette has a gun"....era da anni il mio profumo preferito. Recentemente l'ho comprato e del profumo non ci è rimasto più niente, la fragranza è inesistente ma il prezzo è sempre altissimo. Ho l'esatta impressione che, anche sui profumi, viene usata la formula della produzione al risparmio ma io risparmio non comprandolo più. Divertente vero?
