I recently used Juliettes Interiors to provide me with some bespoke bedside tables for one of my Interior projects. Virginia was a pleasure to work with and I am very pleased with the end result -the quality is excellent. The delivery team were on time and were very careful and diligent with the unpacking. Juliette and her Team recently provided us with their interior design services as well as purchase of furniture. Both of us have been delighted with the outcome - the Team’s attention to our needs as clients as well as finding furniture suitable for our budget. The furniture is of high quality (as to be expected) and the design of our living room & guest room is not something we could have done ourselves. We are very much looking forward to using Juliette’s Interiors for round 2 renovations (master suite & kitchen).

Fabulous, I am so pleased with my purchase of dressing table, mirror and bedside cabinets. It was well worth the wait and looks stunning in my bedroom. The hand painted quality is exceptional. The handles are just what I wanted and Juliette did everything she could to make this happen. This is the second time I have bought from Juliette and I would highly recommend them particularly if you are looking for that unique piece of furniture that no one else has. Of course you pay for the quality and you do need to wait a little longer but patience is definitely a virtue and good things come to those who wait, to say I'm delighted would be an understatement. I'm thrilled. Thank you

Absolutely excellent class and learning. The organization of the course was fantastic and it really gave a good foundation for the design aspect. It was also fun and most importantly very well carried.

I must say this is an amazing company. From the staff to the products. I ordered some crystal table lamps. The staff at Juliette’s helped me the whole way along, sending samples of material, easy payment, full information on delivery. I messed up with delivery address and they changed all details for me. Lamps arrived Monday- they are magnificent

Juliette's Interiors was most helpful and effective in achieving the luxurious feel and look in my penthouse apartment. They listened to me, took on board my priorities and delivered several ideas and concepts. Then the actual delivery and quality of goods received were flawless. I compliment Juliette's and I look forward to using this interior designer again.

REFUSAL TO SEND ITEMS PAID FOR, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DEFECTIVE GOODS
I'm not sure if this business is in financial difficulty as they're holding my paid for item. I purchased four light fittings. After they arrived I complained about the scratches and requested a refund. I had waited months for these to arrive and the quality was well below standard, they were not as described. I also didn’t want to wait months for new non-defective ones to arrive. I was told that as these were a special order, I could not request a refund but that she would repair the defects. Juliette took the light fittings back and informed me that they were sent back to Italy to have the leafing replaced (admitting defective) to remove the scratches. They were returned to me weeks later. Upon receipt they were all scratched, one was particularly bad. She then eluded that I myself had damaged it, so I requested photos of the item before it left her premises, she sent them to me and the scratches could be seen on Juliettes photos. I do not believe that they left her showroom to be returned to Italy. Even though I was very disappointed, I accepted three, based on the fact that the marks wouldn’t be seen at a distance and returned one that had a large visible scratch down the centre for repair or replacement. I was treated terribly by Juliette herself. She’s rude, untrustworthy and manipulative. I was even called an awful customer on an email. She refused to rectify the defect and after dozens of emails she decided that she would only speak to my solicitor. In the end I’ve been forced to pay for a new light fitting (same product) from somewhere else, as I had three on the wall and a wire exposed where the last one would be. She is holding my £850, paid for item, which I returned to her for repair or replacement. She refuses to accept the defect and still refuses now to return it to me. This was so I could have it repaired myself, even though I paid £450 for delivery she demands that I collect it. I am in tier 3 Covid restrictions and she insists that I must break the law to collect it, from Leicester to Chelsea, even though it was an online order. I invited her to bring it to me as she would be working it’s allowable under the restrictions, so that I could point to the large scratch in person as she states that she can’t see it. She refused my offer as she sees herself as far too important to travel to her customer. My review with photos is on Juliette's Interiors Facebook page. I would be very careful ordering anything from here. Also note that anything that states “special order” means it’s nonreturnable unless there’s a fault. In my experience it’s nonreturnable even with a fault. You will receive lies and abuse to go with being ripped off. I’ve been polite to Juliette throughout. If she doesn’t like your complaint she will hold your paid for items, buyers beware.

In reply to her completely untrue response to my review - I just fancied some lights from elsewhere so wanted to cancel my order, as she states in her response. This is a complete lie, if I were to say something untrue, I would have to take this review off. It is against the law to bring a business into disrepute on untrue facts. My facts are true and Juliette’s are not. The lights were rejected due to being faulty. I did not cancel my order.
why would I accept three and return one? Why is she holding my item and refuses to return it when I’ve paid for it and I’ve paid for delivery? She even created photo's omitting the fault and sent them to me and the manufacturer. The photo's on Facebook show how untrustworthy Juliette is. Customers aren't stupid, they can see that my photos are in natural light in my home and yours is in a reflective light, changing the way that the item appears, if it is even the same item. Even in the photograph of the item before it left your shop the scratches can be seen but not on the one "prepared" for facebook and the manufacturer. I am so pleased that your potential customers can see how I have been treated by your response. No concern at all for the distressed customer with three lights on the wall and one missing, making my lounge incomplete for Christmas. Stating that the box is ready to collect in her response is again evidence of the poor treatment you will receive. I paid for delivery but her obnoxious behaviour sees fit to amend her own terms at any point and demand that you collect your item. A 4 hour round trip, no less!

Very pleased with purchase of 'Italian side table'. From when I placed order, I was kept informed via email that I would be contacted prior to delivery to arrange suitable date. Delivery arrived on day that was convenient for me..... and side table is beautiful. It's in a soft ivory colour, with delicate pale gold carvings on top, and deeper gold colour on legs of table. It's a feminine, romantic design,,,, and I am very happy with purchase, and of Juliettes Interiors, who I find to be a Company that sells stunningly beautiful items, that would last a lifetime, in terms of quality and craftmanship.
