Very competitive prices, fast delivery & a surprise gift with our first order. Great customer service when I phoned about a mistake that I made. So far very happy with our auto-delivery option.

The delivery was only partial
The delivery was only partial. Tracking tells me it is still on its way - expected 2 and 1/2 weeks ago! An enquiry to Jumbo Pets directly led to them acknowledging the problem and enquiring with the courier service, but it has not led to delivery. I have been a customer for 10 years and have been satisfied up until now. Mind you, delivery is always slower than any other online shopping.

company with xlnt customer service
the very good customer service & communications along with the quick delivery. Very important with 13 cats to feed!! I must quickly add that our pride of felines are all rescued & rehomed with us, & all are DESEXED.

Good prices, poor courier drop off
Good prices. Need to use better courier company, present very casual, not caringin drop off points, i.e. left in weather, not at front door undercover.
