VERY BAD SERVICE AND RETURN

PLAEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ive had received a product in a non working condition, and I made the return request that they said it takes up to 48hrs,IVE WAITED 3 WEEEEKS and still no one came to take it !

Ive called 10 times and all they say is that they are not responsible for the late and that the kenitra agency is the one responsible for that, I told them to give the numbers of that agency and they didn't want too

PLEASE MAKE YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JUST BUY FROM A NORMAL STORE AND AVOID THIS BUULSHIT

Jumia customer service I had on 17-09-22 was so appalling , the agent told me when it’s ready we’ll call you and just ended the chat while I was typing whiles I had an order I was expecting a day prior that made me stay home, canceling my plans. Jumia still sends me offers to order, Really so you deliver in 2027? You guys should up your game.
NB: I have still not received my order - 5 days late!!

I bought a pack of two brut deodorants here, what was sent was in my view, the fakeiest of the fake deodorant, I mean it was practically just smelly water. When I tried to write a review of the item, it just wouldn't display on the reviews board, I tried to request a return, but the "request return" button kept failing and displaying "we're having a technical problem" screen.
To anyone reading this, I would like to warn you against buying any deodorants/ perfumes on Jumia, it's all a scam!!!

Jumia is terrible at customer service and deceptive. Jumia took my money, cancelled the order and refused to refund after several weeks. No way to contact customer service and their live help hardly ever goes through. Delivery is terrible and agents are full of lies.

Les frais de livraison chez JUMIA.DZ semblent avoir fait un bon de mesure !! En effet, je voulu commander de legging de 2000,OO DA environs, les frais de livraison a domicile sont de 800 DA ; Même chose pour un legging de 599 DA.
Des frais de livraison hors norme qui découragent plus d'un!!!!!

Jumia Delivery and Customer Agents are both deceptive. They mark packages as delivered, when in fact they are not.

Customer Service claims they are going to looking into solving issues; however, they do not call back until weeks later.

When asking for a Supervisor it takes a week to call back.

Inorder to get packages delivered you have to pay an extra delivery costs because as Delivery Agents claim, they don't have transport money.

Horrible Customer Service and Deceptive Delivery Agents!

Jumia is a reliable online store cos I have bought quite some items with them with no regrets. The good thing is you have the option of returning the product if you are not satisfied with it or it has any defect. I've received refunds about thrice and still expecting one presently. So shocked to see the poor rating for Jumia here, the reason I decide to write my review.
I hope people who have had good deals with jumia will also take out time to write a positive review like this.

If I'm to recommend, Jumia should be out of my recommending list.
Very unreliable, deceitful and full of unreliable staff, starting from their drivers.
I order for 40 inches tv from Jumia June last month, when the item was to be delivered it was taken to a wrong far location that I need to spend extra money to get, a message then came in to my SMS that I wasn't available to collect my order after the driver informed about the wrong address my order was taken to, I was like What The Hell is going on, the package was about 100Km far away from me?
That wasnt enough, I have to spend additional 4,000 naira to and fro to get it.
To my greatest surprise, 40 inches tv reduced to 35inches (40 inches shud be 102cm according to standard measurement and wat was written in the pack, I got 89cm, ie 35inches, shorting me 5 inches, 13cm) with bad quality. Automatically wat was shown in advert different from the real package.
Tried all my possible best to contact Jumia, all was abortive, the HELP Center connecting me with Robut and then customer service Rep, after the Rep listened to my complaints, she ended the session, with no solution to my complaints, all numbers connected to Jumia weren't connecting.
I was even blocked in their mailing address for complaining, and now you want me to recommend, (I can only recommend FIRE )
If u care to see chats receipts I have them with me starting from the customer service Rep to their mailing.

You don't deserve a.star at all. You are the worst. I ordered thrice on your app all orders getting cancelled after days of waiting. The worst. I'm uninstalling your app ryt now.

Jumia is very unreliable, they like to delay orders and some of their delivery agents are 0 etiquette!! I ordered an item and all of a sudden the delivery agent number stopped going, I didn’t get to talk to him at all, I tried his number up to 50 times no exaggeration and the stu.pid man didn’t pick only for another number to call me telling me that sorry my goods can’t be delivered today and then ended the call immediately. All of a sudden the second number also stopped going. I called and called and got so upset that they were using me to play. I let it slide, only for me to get a message from jumia that my delivery was unsuccessful that the Stu.pid delivery agent has been calling me. Tho that was a big lie, I called the agent back, still wasn’t going. I called the second number it rang and the foo.lish person busied my call twice and switched off the phone. If you want an item to come immediately I’d advise you don’t order from Jumia, they are very incompetent and unreliable . They don’t stick to their words! 09154449211 This is the number of the fist agent and this 09167831583 is the number of the second agent. This isn’t the first time I’m having such unmannered approach from jumia, if there was a 0star, that’s what I will rate jumia because they are 0!!!!!!!!!!! Mtchewwwwwwwww fu.ck this app!

Ganz sclechter Verein, Finger weg davon!!!!! Auf 2 Bestellungen warte ich seit mehr als 3 Monaten!!!! Und bis jetzt wurde nichts geliefert, obwohl alles per Karte seit dem ersten Tag der Bestellung bezahlt ist! Und auf sein Geld kann man dann auch bis zum Tode warten. Die erstatten nichts zurück! Betrüger sind das! Andere Dinge hatte ich bestellt die sollten in 2 Wochen geliefert werden, sollten dann aber schon nach 3 Tagen einfliegen, obwohl man sich auf die 2 Wochen eingestellt hatte und nicht zu Hause ist. Anstatt die Ware zum angegeben Zeitpunkt der Bestellung auszuliefern, wird sie dann einfach storniert! Das ist so ein Trottelverein. FINGER WEG DAVON! Betrüger sind das

Jumia is just .. the worse. I ordered multiple items in one bag and the orders came in pieces each one with delivery fee on to and the delivery man had the guy to tell me he is going one way that I should cross express to come and get one

Bad experience of getting wrong item and the hassle of returning it and getting a refund ended up costing me more in terms of money and time

This is the worst online experience I ever had, I bought an item Under order # 363915798. After waiting weeks for the delivery, they just canceled it claiming that courier couldn’t reach the address, though they have my phone number which the could have called anytime.
Turned out that they just canceled it and asked me to buy it with a more expensive price.
It’s a very unprofessional company to act that way, to force canceling so you buy again at a higher price.

I bought a defective kindle reader through the website and they won't take it back because it's past 7 days. I am sure this is the last time I'll be using their website to buy anything. What a waste of time and money.

I accidentally bought a phone 2 times I can't cancel one of them I had experiences with a very rude delivery guy and terrible service and the they use bots to talk and they don't apologize for the inconvenience we need a normal cancel button I didn't mean to buy 2 phones sometimes the stuff is good quality sometimes not but please fix the cancel option and please apologize if you are late by canceling because it's your job not mine

A terrible experience I had with jumia, worst products ,low quality item , they deliver the products broken either not as it was described , and they don't return the money they make it as a voucher to buy more broken items, don't ever shop there

thanks jumia i have been buying fake phones but jumia have actually take me out of the darkness , i ordered a phone from jumia but within 2 days i was enjoying the perfect phone i was given 👏 keep it up jumia
