I never write reviews, but I just had to warn others about this company. After initial good results in 2017 and 2018, I started experiencing problems.
Not only did growth and activity completely stop for many months, but my instagram account started to get warnings for using their services.
When I contacted the company to ask for a refund, they flat out refused - even though their business was not doing "as the product described". I pushed pretty hard for a refund or even partial refund, thinking that was fair of me - still nothing. At best, they offered me a different product, but after a phone-discussion with one of their employees, nothing came of that either.
I can't anti-recommend this company enough. Poor results and poor business practices. This company should be banned. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau to see if I can file against them. Over $1,000 down the drain - and I'm even scared that they will keep charging my card when my renewal is up, even though I have requested that it be taken off file and my yearly subscription cancelled.

I’ve been working with Jumper Media for a bout a year now to help promote my my business . From the very first day I joined their team it has been nothing but professionalism and kindness (2 things I love). My audience has grown thus, making my business grow substantially.
Even when I did have some minor issues (which every company experiences) I received a response within 24 hours with a solution and deadline as to when that solution will occur.
Made me lose a client
I have never written a bad review in my life but I have also never been this angry with a company. I hired Jumper for my client accounts to follow/unfollow people in an effort to grow their following.
Rather than using best practice and unfollowing people that they had interacted with, they just went and started unfollowing EVERYONE. This caused my clients to get a million "why did you unfollow me?!" phone calls. Obviously this was horrible and wrecked the accounts.
So, I cancelled the service, confirmed they were out of the accounts and worked to remedy things with my clients.
THEN I get a call this morning from a client saying her account has been blocked. They were still in the account and following a couple hundred accounts a day.
Because of Jumper Media and their carelessness, I am now going to lose at least one, wonderful long term client.
I would highly recommend you protect yourself and stay away.

Prior to the software failure, I couldn’t say enough great things about Jumper Media. While there has been a lack of communication, I have finally spoken with a Director and they are issuing a partial refund as I had paid in full. I will use Jumper again as there method has changed, but I will pay for month-to-month service. It has taken a little bit, but my concerns have been addressed and resolved by Jumper! I am more than satisfied with the outcome given the circumstances! They were very friendly and accommodating.

Jumper obviously went through some issues when Instagram changed a lot of things over the past few months... but there werent ANY working growth solutions and no one was working harder than they were to find a solution. I'm glad I stuck around, because their new growth by hand solution is working flawlessly :) growing 1-2k followers the past 2 months as a beta tester for them. If you're skeptical from all the negative reviews, I urge you to consider this one from a long-term client who has tried EVERY other service out there. Thanks Colt!
Spend your hard earned money elsewhere...
Bought the 1-year package at the beginning of 2019 - nearly 7+ months and more than $1,000 later, we have less than 1000 new followers. Yikes.
Always an excuse for why we have tons of random followers that are in no way related to our niche. But that's the cost of using a bot, I suppose!
Learning lessons: Grow organically and spend money on direct marketing campaigns/influencer marketing instead.

Started a three month special and everything was great. Had a couple excellent calls with the lady Farrah who was assigned to my account and was getting followers and then nothing. Turns out she “left” and her replacement never contacted me or responded to my emails. I submitted a cancelation form and was told someone would reach out. They never did. In the mean time IG threatened to suspend my account in August. It too Jumper 3 months to ask me for a new password. The minute I gave them my new password IG suspended my account. I cannot even use their services. They have not responded, no way to contact anyone. Definitely not worth the money

It's definitely been a wild ride working with the Jumper Team for over a year now. They explained to me what happened and how they had to lay off a lot of their staff, so some customers were having a hard time getting in touch with them. It seems that they have now sorted everything out and are on the mend. I am happy about that because they have helped guide me through the process of starting my own Shopify store in the fishing industry, and showing me how to drive web traffic and sales from social media --- Instagram works the best. I'ts unfortunate about the recent bad reviews but they have helped me for a long time now and I recommend them to friends and family.

I hired this company's service to promote my insta account within the luxury market sector. They said they would work with influencers in the luxury sector to promote my brand and get new followers who could potentially become new customers in the future. Long story short. They got me the followers they promised but hey where all children from African countries. Non of the followers I got where interested in my work obviously and of course none of them are potential customers of our luxury products. On top of that there service was extremely expensive and the new followers I got through their work have mostly unfolloewd my account. Don't get tricked, it's a scam company.

We are a small business and we hired Jumper Media for a 3 month engagement. Not even a single follower increased after we engaged with them!!!! Seems like they are running into some issues; our customer success changed a couple of times and their standard response has been "we are experiencing a high volume of inquiries and working on restructuring some of our customer success team to respond more quickly". Their team is not willing to come on the phone after our repeated requests.

BEWARE of this company! Paid money for them to 'organically' grow my IG account. I had an account manager who was nice. Then, things started not working. They would write excuse after excuse when their services stopped working. I wouldn't hear from my 'customer service success manager' for days. It's expensive to use them and if you do, just expect that you will be paying for their service not to work. Be prepared to pay for promises, fake IG accounts to follow you, and not hear from anyone at all after the first month. It seems like a fraud. I left them and have been getting engagement on my own. Their fee is NOT worth it and furthermore, IG can shut down your account if they catch you using a service like Jumpermedia. Not worth it IMO.
Possibly a fraudulent company
I agree with the reviews here. This is a fraudulent company. When I first joined with them, in December 2018, they seemed to be knowledgeable and helped my instagram growth. Around May 2019, I started seeing issues with their service working intermittently. After speaking to my account rep, I decided to give them another chance anyway.
Since June 2019, when I renewed my subscription, their service has not worked. I have been requesting information and they have different people respond to say they are wither sorting out the issues, busy rolling clients to their new service, giving me a free month to manage the disruption or that they need my password again.
Also, I have started to suspect that their service does not respect Instagram rules. I even got a message from Instagram stating that there is illegal activity from a service that employs bots. When I contacted them, they blamed instagram.
Then they sacked my account manager and I get emails from a different person each time with a different claim.
Finally, I've given up on them and have been requesting a refund and getting a run around.
I believe that we should also report them to the BBB and file complaints with the FTC.

I recommended this company to my boyfriend. Unfortunately all I saw were pretty positive reviews, with a few bad here and there. All the bad ones are true. He signed on, and paid up front. In the beginning it was great, he was honest and said he would need a lot of leading. His success manager seemed genuine, and my boyfriend was excited. Not even 2 months in, Jumper started messing everything up. His numbers dropped, almost all of his new followers were bots, and the people Jumper had followed were accounts with 10-80 followers that didn't fit his demographic either. Then Jumper stopped altogether with no notification to my boyfriend. When he could finally get a hold of someone they said it was Instagram's fault. He did not get reimbursed for the time they were not working. He finally got tired of them when he couldn't get in contact, decided he wanted (and deserved) a refund for at least the remaining months, and needed them off his Instagram as they were doing things that could get him blackballed. He sent numerous emails, and left VM's nothing. He finally got a call saying they were sorry and it would change, but he was done. They kept putting off his refund and wouldn't give up access to his Instagram. The woman in accounts said "oh well it will probably be awhile to get this figued out. Your success manager is just really busy." He finally got his refund and Jumper Media off his Instagram when he called and threatened to pursue this further. This company is shady, and on the line of fraudulent. They took his money, and didn't do the work they promised him. Please if you want to save yourself the stress do not trust this company.
Started Great but Ended with Disappointment
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this service. I’ve used Jumper for over a year and canceled my membership recently due to the poor quality and inconsistent guest services. I typically get the same response from them when something goes wrong that they are making upgrades to their platform which results in delays in service. The problem is that you still have to pay their monthly fees when their platform doesn’t work properly. The close out of my membership was also disappointing. I hate writing reviews like this because I am a big fan of startups, but I also used reviews to make my decision to use Jumper Media. I think it’s important for them to address some of their tech debt and invest in more training for their customer service agents before I’d try them out again.

Before all the bad reviews started flooding in there were only good ones, I signed up, everything was good, I was contacted by my success manager and it genuinely seemed like what I had paid was worth it. She tells me they are going through some software developments and that it did not matter how long it took for me to call back because it would take a few weeks for it to be installed (you need atleast 15 pictures, I only had 11). Fast forward a few weeks and they send an email that everything's been handled and that they are sorry for the late replies everyone has been getting, I take this chance to call but to my surprise the numbers I had called before did not exist, I went on their website to see if they had a contact number but nothing so I tried to use the bot but again, it said it was unavailable. I send about 4 emails to every person from Jumper that had emailed me at one point, one of them being my success manager. After 5 days someone replied to me, funny how it was the one email were I was not angry so the reply was super short and no apologies were said, what's even more curious is that it was a reply to my message that was directed at my success manager, this one was from someone else. The other emails have not been answered after 6 days and I sent another one for good measure 2 days ago. In the last message they sent me they said they would activate my account and would start to see some followers in a few days. Its been 4 days and nada. Don't waste your money or time, what a shame because it started off really well and I was excited, now I am bummed out and £130 less rich. I still have some hope left that they will live up to their word however, the way the service is being handled deserves a one star anyway, I'll try update if I get a reply or some action in my account.
Edit: asked for a refund as my account did not even get to be activated and got no response whatsoever, is there a way to sue these people?
