My order arrived very quickly even though I'm in the netherlands, within 3 days it was here. Also it was really quickly shipped.
Items look great and the packaging looks in perfect condition.

Purchased two items on Sunday on-line, the confirmation of the order being received and the tracking for the delivery was sent to me on the monday. By Wednesday I received confirmation of what time the parcel woud arrive. Really happy with the level of communication and the products which arrived safely and in time for my daughters birthday party that weekend. Could not be happier and will purchase again :0)

Great independent business with great customer service - I needed some gifts for my step daughters party and didn’t want to use Amazon but it was a tight delivery timeframe - the team at junior edition contacted the warehouse directly and moved heaven and earth to make it happen and it was only a small order - i’ll be ordering as much as I can from them in the future. Human service you can rely on.

Lovely shop with a wonderful selection to choose from. Customer service is always amazing! One of my favourite places to shop from for my children. I highly recommend!

Really fast delivery. Emailed me straight back when I had a query and had all of the items I wanted in stock when Needoh is out of stock pretty much everywhere. Excellent. Very happy.

In the days where suppliers sit behind virtual walls and communication is via chatbots, it is refreshing to come across a small business where real people (gasp!) respond to your emails quickly and take care to ensure your purchase experience is as smooth as possible. It is a shame that we live in a world where personal customer care is unusual, but it makes Junior Edition stand out all the more because of it.

Never order from this company more like scamming company. I placed an order on a needoh for my child and it hasn’t arrived. To save your time and money don’t order from this company.

Really poor service - to save yourself trauma, please do not order from them online. Placing a £200+ order gone missing in transit, no replies to emails apart from an initial one at which they said their deliveries are not insured and insinuated they wouldn’t be able to do anything. £200 down the drain with no care, apology or offer to help. Shame on you.

I ordered accessories for my little daughter’s Maileg mouse to Hungary. A few days later, I received a notification from the customs authority that I had to pay tax on my package. I immediately contacted customer service, where Rob helped me right away! He acted so quickly that my package arrived on the originally estimated date without being delayed by a single day.
I am incredibly grateful! On top of that, it arrived before Christmas, so the surprise will be perfect! 🌲 ✨

I’ve had a mixed experience shopping with Junior Edition. The website is easy to navigate, and the selection of children’s clothing is lovely — lots of unique and high-quality pieces you don’t always find elsewhere. However, my overall experience fell a bit short. Shipping took longer than expected, and communication about my order could have been clearer. The items themselves were nice, but a couple didn’t quite match the colors shown online. Not a bad experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I placed an order for an item on Sunday evening. There were some sensitive and unusual circumstances surrounding the order, which meant that I needed to make a request concerning dispatch and delivery. I emailed Junior Edition that same evening, hoping for the best but uncertain whether they would get to my email in time to help. To my surprise and immense gratitude, I received a very helpful and kind reply at 9.30 on Monday morning - within half an hour of the business opening to start the working week. I am so glad to have the opportunity to recommend this lovely family business. Wonderful customer service. Five stars.

Placed an order for some Sonny angels from this store. I emailed the shop to query if the Sonny angels were real, I received an email the next morning explaining that they are real and explained where the stock came from, they also answered another email I sent with another question and I received a reply within 10 minutes with a helpful answer. I am waiting for my order to arrive but the customer service was outstanding and I’m impressed with the stock of the Sonny angels, they have stock that no where else has and they aren’t extremely overpriced like other stores. Looking forward to my order arriving and will be ordering from here again.

I regularly buy from Junior Edition as I really enjoy their wide selection, amazing sale and priority shipping option. I recently had an issue with my order ( unusual with Junior Edition) and Rob went above and beyond to help me solve it . I will definitely buy again.
