Easy process to organise and track pickup online. Good to do the tight thing and avoid landfill. Priced well

Paid account through NDIS the received a few txt messages which I thought were spam.. the a letter from e collection a inflated bill with over $1000 in extra fees.. no communication whatsoever paid by NDIS , but still I received this bill..the service was in Brisbane

I was so happy with the boys I have used junk before and I was happy then they were efficient and prompt and I could not be happier thank you so much and yes will be using you again when I need you I will be telling my friends and family

The service was extremely efficient and courteous from the time I posted my request for rubbish removal to completion of the job, all within 24 hours!

While the team of two men that collected the items were lovely, we were met with a HUGE bill for the service.
I was informed that they too a queens size mattress when they didn’t ( I wasn’t home but my teenage son was) - additionally the reason I was out as they had indicated they would arrive in the afternoon, but arrived at 11:30am !!!
I had little to no oversight in what was taken away , resulting in cubic meters of space used, determined by them and not confirmed with the adult in the house ( who they knew was there!!)
8 days from Christmas and I’m trying to find 100’s of dollars we don’t budget for.

The team from Junk removal arrived on time. Moved a massive amount of home clean out really quick, were highly respectful and polite. Thanks to Junk removal team.

The collection process was very efficient. Communications were excellent, with a tracking website so I knew exactly when to expect them.

I completed their online form to request a quote, got a call from a bloke who spoke at a million miles an hour, and I asked a question and he interrupted me and said, “Mate it’s all in the text I’m about to send you,” and I continued with, “But just one quick question…” and he hung up in my ear. Unbelievable. Shocking customer experience. I texted him back telling him I don’t do business with rude people. I’ll never contact these people again. Horrific.

Very helpful lovely men once the other man came so there was two easy cheap great experience

This is the second time I’m using their services and again they’ve done a great job! Will of course use them should l need to again and recommend them to family & friends.
