Their Black Friday was a farce. Items I added into my basket on the Saturday couldn’t be checked out as it says it cannot be delivered to my address. Even tried to have it delivered to another address and it still said it couldn’t deliver.
Messaged them and they replied there is a technical issue with the website and will resolve it asap.
I replied to ask if it’s not resolved can they honour the prices I had screenshots of. No reply. I wasted so much time trying multiple times to buy on Sunday and still getting the no delivery messages and the prices in the Black Friday section were all back to full price!
Now it is Monday, the Black Friday promotion has been taken off! And I still can’t buy the items.

I purchased product online and it was shipped promptly, but when I opened the box the product was missing.
I contacted Jurlique and initially they were slow to respond and this concerned me. But once they acknowledged the mistake they quickly sent the missing product and I got it within 2 days. All's well that ends well!

AVOID! Jurlique.co.uk. Their website returns a message about technical difficulties and unable to process orders. Yet after trying twice, I received emails confirming my order - the same order duplicated.
Emails to customer care are returned as 'undeliverable'; the telephone number I had in my contacts list, 0800 80 85877 gives a message stating that they cannot take calls (I note that in the last couple of days, the number has been removed from their website).
Emails to Customer Care, Australia HQ: Jurlique.com.au, respond with a message that they are dealing with high volumes - not surprising.
All I want is to ask for a refund for the unwanted duplicate order. Please save yourself the annoyance and avoid.

Their customer service rep placed an order on the next day after I contacted them and never told me before or after charging my credit card. Not knowing there was a delivery was coming my way, I went ahead and placed an online order. Now I'm stuck with two sets of products and their customer care had the audacity to tell me to return one of them at my OWN EXPENSE. This is absolutely absurd. It was my first order with Jurlique.com and will definitely be my last as well.

I was overcharged and after presenting my receipts I haven't heard from them since December last year.
I am very dissapointed with their customer services.
They have lost a customer.

I recently purchased a face oil online and received a complimentary gift with purchase. Made the high price tag completely worth it. The product smells amazing, I’ve only just started to use it so not sure of how well it works yet.
