Justyna is the most professional cosmetologist I have ever met in my life. The amount of knowledge she has is amazing. I don't want to describe what a dramatic situation I found myself in when I used the services of another beauty salon and what complications I had to deal with. I contacted Justyna as I previously used her for another successful treatment and although she was under no obligation, she guided me. She advised me and told me what I needed to do as soon as possible, she was always available to me. She is a wonderful person and a professional beautician who really knows what she is doing. I am hugely indebted to her and I wish we could meet only such people in our lives. Thank you ❤️

I purchased a Mylee LED lamp and gel nail kit from Just Beauty. When my parcel arrived The LED lamp was not Mylee but another make. The error however was entirely mine as I had not read the description of the goods correctly. I had previously purchased a similar product for my daughter for Christmas and thought my purchase was for the same item. Customer service and particularly Eve and Priyanka were extremely helpful and offered to send the product I thought I’d ordered to me once I had returned the unwanted item. In addition, even though the new product was more expensive they waived the additional cost. This was all sorted out within a week and I was kept informed at every step of the way by these two very polite and courteous individuals. I have no hesitation in recommending Just Beauty to family and friends and will definitely shop there again.

Got my daughter a gel lamp for he birthday, but was broken. Got in touch with just beauty and I received a new one a couple of days later. Very helpful customer service.

I placed an order through Amazon. The description for the Mylee Magic Gel states that you buff your nails, paint the gel on them and leave for a few minutes. The product is supposed to lift the gel polish from nails. Not only did the remover not remove any of the polish but temporarily shrank my nails, leaving the skin on my fingers feeling pinched and painful. I will be contacting trading standards so that they can check the contents of this product. Unable to submit a review of the company on Amazon

Order was delivered really quickly. Sadly, only half the order arrived. I contacted customer support and it was the most efficient team I've ever dealt with! They rectified the issue and immediately sent the correct order. Really great customer service. Thank you!

Received reply very quickly after my first email and was very helpful in resolving the undelivered item

This company are fraudsters . I sent an item back and they are making out they haven't had it. Even though royal mail shows it delivered back to the return address using the label from amazon.. they are not refunding and making excuses they haven't got it.

I had a bit of an issue with the first machine but the seller immediately sent out a new one with no delay. She has good communication and quick replies. I highly recommend this seller! 💯🙌🏻
