Its great but some mods suck
Its a great way to earn fun, fast money. The payout is a decent amount. Some surveys are faulty and don't payout so they just make you do a 50 min survey for no payout — Overall, its great. Although customer service is sucks, a mod blocked me with the message “You got blocked. No because you did anything wrongs its just cause i don't wanna become friends.” So..How am i meant to ask for help? Some mods are exceptionally fast and helpful. The site needs you to complete an offer in order to redeem a promo code — No too shabby but annoying. Overall, Its great.

I know people say its fake
I know people say its fake, but, its still a legit site to earn. It's just time consuming and tiring. LIke you still need to run discord in the background every 1 hour like it's literally consuming your time. The survey keeps on saying that I didn't quallify. Like, IT"S A F***ING SURVEY! WHY AM I NOT QUALIFIED LIKE SURVEYS ARE NOT LIKE THAT. IT DOESN'T MEAN THAT IF YOU DON'T MEET THE REQUIREMENTS, IT DOESN'T MEAN THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE THE SURVEY. Just a waste of your time.

I would recommend you try offers like downloading apps or such instead of completing surveys. Also in terms of getting "1 point an hour", that's simply a incentive as well as a extra perk you get which gives you free points for simply afking, therefore I don't see any issues with that, however..

I'll address your points one by one.
You mention the time to earn 10$ is 1 month, but I also notice you're from USA. We have a range of offers for users and the majority are directed to the benefit of USA users. If you were to check out our youtube channel, we have a 20 minute offer guide of a game that grants you 50$ alone, so to say that it takes you a month to earn 10$ simply suggests you haven't put in the time and effort to find out about decent offers.
I'd like to apologise for the reaction of our community. I do not condone this type of behaviour, but it does resonate the response people often give when new users enter the server just to troll or call the site a scam, which is something we regularly get, which is frustrating a lot of the time for our community and myself included. Again, if this wasn't you I apologise for the behaviour presented to you.
Most surveys are not 10-20 points long. Looking at our cpxresearch offerwall which is surveys exclusively, the lowest survey I found was 35 points, with the average being well above 70.
The reason for your nitro expiring is because it must have expired, as nitros expire within 48hours if not used. This is suggested to be the situation in your case.

Nice for earning "fun money" for microtransactions
Useful for cheap purchases like Robux and Discord Nitro if you're stingy about microtransactions and/or are a kid with no way to earn income and buy those things yourself normally. There are quite a few surveys that don't work or just redirect you endlessly, but I've been able to make almost 4,000 points in a few days from just doing working surveys and spending 5 bucks on the Stash offer (and this is all w/o using status earn).

I give this a 4 star because it helped me gain points from downloading apps, doing surveys and also refer to a friend and get points. However I didn’t get certain points for some offers I did however overall the website helped me gain awards more quicker and it was convenient.

Banned from discord in middle of night(?) for no reason
The website itself is fine, but I joined the discord, did NOTHING wrong, (all I did was ask a few questions and talk for a bit, I read the rules VERY carefully) and was banned in the middle of the night (not sure when but I went to bed and the next day I was banned) for (unknown reasons(?)) and I still have not been let back in, I have no idea why. So the website is average for free robux, and sure, there are some DM bots, but you can just block them, however, because of the very bad discord service, justearn is a 1 star for me.
To address the reply... I needed to use a VPN and make an alternate account to contact justearn and it was very difficult to communicate. I don't exactly recommend them because their bad discord customer service.
Edit: It took a few days to get the issue sorted out, but I was unbanned. I am updating my review from
