It's a scam. Cashed out for a $5 Amazon gift card and a few days after received an email with a link to claim. This link is broken and goes to a 404 page, and there's nowhere to view redeemed rewards on the website. Not going to waste a week of time and stress with support for $5.

EDIT: their reply is nonsense, as our balance wasn't negative at the time of withdraw or payment "receipt", now magically the offers were charged back, nor do they explain what happened to my reward and why the claim link didn't work. Scam.

When I had a problem, the admins and developers spent lots of time and eventually helped me out so this is a very helpful website

It’s a pretty cool site, I like it, you can earn many different rewards, overall I really like it and ive used it in the past quite a bit.

So first, I opened an account with JustEarn and I completed an offer. The offerwall provider did not want to pay me for completing their offer so I opened a case with BBB and they ended up paying me however the whole process of getting them to pay took over a month.

Now for the second issue- after the offerwall provider finally credited my account I was able to request a withdrawal. However my withdrawal was put on hold. After I contacted the support for JustEarn I was told "I removed the hold, the payment should be sent either today or tomorrow night."
I also got an automated email from JustEarn saying the hold was released and I should get my 25$ gift card within 4-10 business days.
The 10 business days go by however I did not receive anything. I tried emailing JustEarn and got no response. When I went to log in JustEarn the whole website layout was changed. After logging in there was zero record of the offers I have completed and no record of my pending payout.
I tried contacting JustEarn again but they still have not responded.

This is the WORST experience I have EVER had with a site like this one.
Even if do eventually get paid my 25 dollars, I will never use this site again.

Cashout system doesn't work as the button doesn't do anything. bugs everywhere, carbon copy of FreeCash. Feels dead. Waste of time.

What happened? Daniel and iGhostfull were one of the coolest people i knew. My first withdrawal went great, and then my whole experience went to sh𝗶t. My paypal withdrawal didn't go through and was held under review for suspicious activity even though i did everything as i did the first time. I opened a ticket in their discord server notifying the staff and i was just instructed to wait. And believe me, i waited. For two weeks, two GOD DAMN WEEKS. Fast forward to two weeks, I opened a ticket, again, notifying that my reward was still being held under review. It got closed instantly. What did i do? I opened another one. Only then i got banned from their server. The worst part is that i wrote a 5 star review that i can't delete since it's on a locked account of mine. This leads me back to my question to the owners; What happened?

P.S. If anyone reads this and knows Daniel and Ghost personally and/or have them in their friend list, give them a nice big ol' f𝘂ck you from Lukaa :)

Co-owner bans people who he dislikes and nothing is done about it. I would recommend using a different site.

didnt receive my robux yet and they are gone from justearn website and there is no source of reporting about it like, Where is discord server

Did worked very well before but now just doesnt work anymore, statut earn don't work I claimed robux but never got them.

the discord server suddenly shut down... and the link on the site is not working

Surveys rarely work and the quizzes are hard to get right when i don't know what answer/answers i got wrong, i still got my robux as promised but it's a low amount as no surveys were working and i don't get alot of options.

I dont know if Just Earn will read this but I'm having problems and there doesn't seem to be any way to get in contact with them. I tried redeeming 350 Robux and it said it was successful but I forgot to set a game pass so I did and waited a day but I still haven't recieved my robux or a refund due to a failed transaction.

Just earn is a trustworthy site as it's worked in the past for me but it's too hard to get in contact with them when you have a problem

The absolute worst GPT site. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The owner of the server has been corrupted from the start. JustEarn originally gained most of its members a few years ago after mass DMing spam messages through Discord to members on popular GPT sites like Freecash. This is not only unethical but plain disrespectful towards the other sites that have naturally built a community through good reputations and respect

Since then, JustEarn has continuously stolen and blatantly copied material, guides and content from other GPT sites without any permission.

Put simply, the owner is a jerk. He DOES NOT care about you. He commonly calls people slurs in the Discord server and has a specific channel to post screenshots of people to be publically shamed. This includes screenshots of people being impatient, claiming they have been scammed or just asking for help with simple questions. This is an incorrect manner of dealing with these members. He dehumanises you and belittles you in public. He only cares about money and would happily scam you out of your time and effort if he can find a reason to.

Many genuine users who have earned from the site DO NOT get their withdrawals and get banned without reason. The staff working there will ban you just for the fun of it. Payouts take months and half the time, you do not even receive them.

Ultimately, I am wishing this site the absolute worst. Learn how to treat your users correctly and maybe you will develop a community that isn't built off toxicity and disrespect.

Earned $5 using rps and than got banned for it. I made a ticket in their discord and when I mentioned that I had been waiting a year for my reward I got banned immediately.
