NEVER, EVER use this company. I just arrived back overseas when my brother died back in the States, so obviously I wanted to send flowers. They took my order, confirmed ability to meet delivery time requirement, then after the funeral which obviously I could not attend, they send me an email stating that the funeral home had directed them to not deliver on the required date (of my brother's funeral) but the day after. Funeral home has confirmed that this was a lie., which I now know to be the case. Then 1 day later I get an email stating that they could not after all fulfill the order at all -- the day after my brother's funeral!! Then they offer to deliver to a home address a 'basket' instead of the full cross of roses I had ordered -- for a $5 discount on a $230 order.
These people claim to be in California but I would stake my life that they are in India, preying on the unsuspecting. They need to be disallowed to do business in the USA.

Disappointed service.

First of all, flowers are looking completely different than shown image on your website.
I chose an expensive bouquet and upgraded it to “Premium”.
As a result, delivered bouquet didn’t even look like basic “Shown” option.

As my example, I could see that bouquet has 7 roses, 7 lilies, no gladioli at all. But on the real bouquet there are only 3 roses and 3 lilies and lots of gladioli (And it’s “Premium” upgrade!) We can imagine a situation, when a person can be allergic to gladioli, so it’s unacceptable that you are adding some flowers that are not shown on the photo.

If my “Premium” +20$ upgrade was so poor, can’t imagine what would they deliver as basic bouquet.

Another point is quality of flowers. Some of flowers were already in poor condition, some of them were wilted and dying.

Don’t recommend at all to lose your money in this way.
They deceive their customers and take advantage of the fact that customers cannot check your service in-store.

THIS COMPANY PROVIDED THE WORST QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND MORE SO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BE AWARE AND DON'T USE THEM FOR FLOWERING DELIVERY. NO ONLY THEY DID NOT DELIVER WHAT I PAID FOR BUT WHEN I TRIED TO FORMALLY MAKE A COMPLAINT THEY INSULTED ME. TERESA WAS THE SO CALL MANAGER THAT CALLED ME AND ACCUSED ME OF TRYING TO GET "FREE" FLOWERS. I HONESTLY JUST RECOMMEND NOT TO EVER TRY BECAUSE YOU WILL BE IN A VERY LARGE LIST OF UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS. SEE OTHER REVIEWS TO CONFIRM. JUSTFLOWERS.COM ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF REAPING OFF CUSTOMER
