The agent was helpful and understanding of the situation, I got what I wanted within minutes and she is well spoken. And most importantly I got an agent with in seconds of starting the chat.

The company was not really clear in terms of clarifying About The Next charges into the customers account which is something I didn’t like. I was scrolling into Instagram advertisements in when I tried to buy what they were trying to sell in Sara. I put all All my details and they went to another company like this And another one as well. I have never received what I purchased from ZARA, Just CHVRCHES From this company, and the other one. That’s why I needed all my money back as priority.
