When I click through to purchase a product I had seen advertised online, I was very happy to have the support of the great customer service team when it turned out I had instead purchased a recurring membership to a discount goods website. Imagine my surprise at how helpful they were in this situation. I would recommend getting in touch with them to help you with anything regarding this website, they are more than generous.

0 stars !! Minus -100 stars! Scammers, I do not even know how is this website allowed to still run.
I have ordered something that I have never received and then I figured they had charged me 4 times and I found out I have a “ vip account “ , something that I did not even signed up for, they hide the info and make you agree with whatever they want because you don’t actually read those terms and conditions. When I have pressed to order it was a tiny tiny hidden ticked case so I can order double the amount and pay double, good thing I saw it cause I would’ve lost more money.
One month after I was trying to search the product that I have ordered but is no longer there.
I cannot receive my money back and I even have to pay to cancel my subscription which btw I have like “ 65 pounds in credits” and will lose them once I cancel. I was looking to use those credits but there is nothing on the website that you can actually use, and probably will never receive them, and it got me veery angry.

DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY AND TIME

Do not use this company. They are scammers.

I also didn't get my money back after they scammed me and they didn't cancel my subscription and renewed it again and I had to explain several times that I don't want to be a member but they still didnt want to cancel it. If i could i would gave 0 stars. They even wanted to pay me to write a good review but it isbt worth it for this trash site. If i could i would give 0 stars.
