1. AUTHORIZED BASELINE & INCIDENT (MAY 18, 2026):

Prior to the breakdown, my account established a clear manual behavioural baseline. I deposited $150, executed standard trades, and successfully withdrew a profit of -$155, building my equity to $88+-.

2. SERVER OVERLOAD & UI MASKING FREEZE:

Suddenly, a severe server-side error injected unauthorized “ghost entries” into my account, forcing a negative floating status. When I attemp To support the margin, Justmarkets’ server suffered a total UI Masking Freeze-the MT5 terminal locked up at a static $88+-, suppresing hardware functionalities and preventing execution.

3. SILENT GATEWAY QUEUE LOOP & EXTRACTION:

Due to backend gridlock, JustMarkets failed to send email receipts.
