Ordered this for my husband for Father's Day, and though I cannot play it for him until that day, I will tell you I was brought to tears. I cannot wait to share it with the family! I was having trouble downloading, and the customer service was outstanding. My mistake was trying to download to my phone. When I did it on my computer, it only took a few seconds!

I loved the song lyrics; they included all the little details and made it so personal. The artist who sang the song was wonderful. The song was ready within the 10 days promised. I would highly recommend this product.
