Bought 2 trackers as i attended crufts and received a discount on them. The tracker isnt very good. It falls off the collar and even if you use the strap it falls out of the strap. As for the app it lets you enter all your info which takes forever and then it saves everything wrong eg puts DOB as this year even when you enter correct year. Then when you try and amend it it just crashes. Now the app wont even open. I sent an email and the excuse was that too many people have bought it and they are having problems getting the app to work with all the users accessing it and to wait for an update. My advice would be to not bother, save up and buy something that works dont be fooled by the discount as even at £9.99 this product is not worth it. I am waiting for my refund..

Poochplay were sad to hear that our dog lost his PoochPlay whilst on a walk and as a goodwill gesture offered an online code to receive a discount for another one. Going above and beyond with customer service.

Ordered just a few days before Christmas and arrived quickly.

Actual tracker was okay. Pretty basic and would be better if it told you more information (e.g: how much walking, running etc rather than just a total no. of steps and minutes) Not sure it was 100% accurate though as we went on a walk and apparently my dog did the same number of steps as I did (and she's always running around crazy). Ordered two and one stopped working after one day of using it and then the other tracker came off of my other dogs collar so we lost that one. Wouldn't say it was worth the money

Amazing product! I love all the features and I can't wait to get more dogs just to use PoochPlay even more. Great startup idea!

Got this for my dog Terence and it has been such a fun device to have. I leave him with a dog sitter most of the days and now I know what he has been all day! Love it.

Great customer service. Awesome app and tracker

I have both the mobile app and activity tracker, and have to say I'm very impressed. Both work very well, despite my dogs' love of rolling around in the mud, going for swims and generally causing as much mischief as humanely possible.

As my partner and I work during the day, we tend to rely on a dog sitter. So this is a great way of ensuring little Alfie gets the right amount of exercise, whilst staying up-to-date with his health and well-being. It's also proved vital in reminding us of those all-important treatment reminders - which we often struggle to efficiently maintain amid our busy schedule.

The app and device were easyto set up and use. An absolute must for doggy parents who leave their dogs alone at home during the day. Let's me know exactly how active Buddy has been and helping me to better manage his food. Love it.

Hi Ravi, Just a quick note to let you know that we lost one of the trackers belonging to our cocker Alfie, it was still connecting but after turning the house upside down to no avail it turned up in the tumble drier!! I had changed the bedding in the crate we have in the car and scooped it all up and left it in there laundry bin. So after 45 minute wash with Ariel softened with Lenor and tumbled for 40 minutes at high temperature clipped back on his collar and working fine. Good design I would say!!
