Abuse with security deposit
Be very careful with this company. They have a very unclear and, in my experience, abusive policy regarding security deposits.
In my case, they charged me for the full replacement of a chair because of a small stain. They also charged excessive amounts for minor things in the house, ultimately keeping practically the entire security deposit. These charges were completely disproportionate and, in my opinion, unacceptable.
On top of that, their customer service was extremely poor. I definitely would not use this company’s services again.
