Fake Shop!
I ordered a functional cuckoo clock; the online listing featured images of a genuine *Nightmare Before Christmas* clock with an overall height of approximately 50 cm.

I received a flat, non-functional item measuring only 20 cm; it was broken and looked like a cheap imitation. The quality is far too poor—even for a piece of wall decor.
I am absolutely shocked and wanted either the correct clock or a refund!
Since this is i havend heard anything from the shop. 35€ spend for nothing...

I order a Halloween wall clock nightmare before Christmas cuckoo clock on march 14th order #rz00011534 what I got was a plaque a small plaque,looks like something u hang on a Christmas tree, that’s not was in the picture,it was a working clock,can’t seem to get anyone to correct the order, just not right

Mitte September bestellte ich eine zusammensteckbare Weihnachtskrippe aus PVC-Platten. Ende September erhielt ich die Sendung. Erste Enttäuschung: das Format war viel kleiner als auf den Bildern dargestellt - was ich als irreführend empfinde. Da die angebenen Masse im Inserat jedoch stimmten, kann ich das nicht als Mangel deklarieren. Die grössere Enttäuschung waren die beschädigten Teile: die Verpackung bestand aus einer Art Styropor-Platten, die natürlich für den weiten Lieferweg viel zu schwach waren. Zudem bestanden die Krippenteile aus sprödem Kunststoff (wirklich PVC?) - somit ist es kein Wunder, kamen einige zerbrochen an.
Als ich den Verkäufer per E-Mail um Ersatz bat, kam sofort die Rückmeldung, dass eine neue Lieferung unterwegs sei. Leider habe ich seither nichts mehr gehört, auch nach erneutem Nachfragen. Schade.

Heartbroken ordered a nightmare before christmas gift for family, a cuckcoo clock took a very long time go arrive . Have photos of what arrived, is quite diffrent from photo on site parts missing badly painted no working mechanisims and very small f0r £30 in total. Have asked for refund waiting to see what happens next. Gutted .

Fick betala 175 kronor hos PostNord då företaget fyllt i en viss kod på tulldeklarationen. När jag väl fick varan blev jag otroligt besviken då smycket inte såg ut som på fotona på hemsidan. De beskriver på hemsidan att deras smycken är handgjorda och att man ska se upp för sämre kopior.
