Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. They sent us a completely different product from what we ordered. When my mother contacted them, instead of taking responsibility, they claimed that the bedsheets we had ordered were out of stock and that they had sent bedsheets of their own choice.

I honestly don't understand who gave them the right to decide what product a customer wants to receive. If an item is out of stock, the customer should be informed and given the option to choose an alternative or receive a refund. It is not acceptable to send a completely different product without the customer's consent.

Now they are offering an exchange for another item but refusing to provide a refund. This is extremely poor customer service and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and business ethics.

I would strongly advise customers to be cautious when ordering from this business.

Pathetic service. I asked them not to send anything and cancel the order, despite they sent and are not refunding now. They are scammers

I ordered 5 cushion covers from k Linean. It's my first experience alhamdulilah I'm surprised the quality of gersy fabric is very fine and fitting is also perfect.

I have purchased Jacquard Sofa Cover 3+1+1 and it has poor quality . Even it has small hole in one of the Cover. Fabric is soo thin. I have contacted their customer support on 5th March 2026 by email and also on WhatsApp and today is 13March 2026 no one responded. I must say Please avoid this company. Also, there are no instructions of how to use this cover, No YouTube video of installation (all the videos they have are from Paid Influencers). I must say that they need to respond their customers timely and if this is the response time they should increase the return window to months. I do have the inboxing video iwill share that also.
