Blew rwo tyres towing a trailer
Blew a tyre towing a trailer. Replaced with spare. Travelled no further than five miles when the replaced tyre blew. Consequently leaving us stranded at Medway Services on the M2 with two trailer tyres shredded. Phoned a number of 24/7 tyre companies to fit two new tyres. Difficult at 1:30am to get a response. The gentleman in the office at K1Tyres was most helpful and very polite. We did have a very long wait for the Technician Karwan. Not his fault but due to road closures in the Dover area. Karwan changed both tyres very swiftly. Found Karwan to be very efficirnt with a friendly disposition. All in all without K1 tyres do not know what the outcome woild have been. Thank you for your services K1 Tyres. You resolved a higjly charged siituation without delay. Very much appreciated.
Tyres replaced with ferry crossing missed.
