Product arrive damaged, and is unusable.

Received reply from support, after they reviewed my pictures they sent a replacement out immediately. Much appreciated.

product was grest worked fine for 3 days. now the half the strip is out. NO ONE is answering my emails calls, anything. i want a refund or a way to fix it. I was being nice but now i’m annoyed and angry. FULLY INSTALLED FOR IT TO BREAK IN 3 DAYS. i don’t drive with them on. i don’t know why half stopped working. i would like a reply at least oh my.

Overall the duck bill looks and fits great the only issue I ran into is the mounting surfaces on the bottom corners are too steep of an angle to actually secure in the 2 spots so for me they’re decorative.

The order was never received customer service never emailed me back. The money was taken and never refunded I need someone to actually contact me. Tracking says attempted delivery, the package never left Portland. Beginning to think it’s a scam!

I’ve been waiting for the longest still haven’t gotten my order they said I was getting it last Tuesday now they saying Wednesday you guys have good parts but when it comes to shipping ya take forever

Ordered Shakotan Style rear wing/spoiler for 1978 Datsun 280 Z resto-mod build for 2027 SEMA show. Part arrived, and after several hours of attempting to install, Body Shop determined that parts were so badly mis-aligned that their was no way to modify or make the part fit. Contacted K2, to ask for return shipping label/refund. They asked for pictures of part on the car. Sent those and then K-2 responded with " To undergo a review with MFG, and a claims review meeting" before handling my claim. Their website makes the promise " Wrong fit or Damaged? Free replacement or refund"
I have worked with Credit Card company to charge back
Still have plenty of parts to order for my build, but will not be ordering anything else form K1 Industries

Your advertisement for this product/ is misleading. This product is not meant to fit a 6 gen camaro convertible. There's an extra hole in the trunk for an antenna that the spoiler supports do not cover. I would like a refund based on inaccurate intimation on your part

Shipping times were kind of ridiculous. I ordered the visors on July 12th and didn’t receive them until August 18th (the website stated a 2-5 day ship time, I was later told they were made to order and they were delayed multiple times). The quality of the suede is good although it is fairly loose on the visor. The quality of the visor itself self is honestly sub par for a $250 price tag. The glass for the mirrors is fogged/ weathered and the plastic bits look like they were coming apart but put back together misaligned and in a hurry with glue.

M2- Style Bumper The product was terrible. And no it wasn’t cause of the shipment. Every edge wasn’t straight nor correct. Won’t fit either unless you can weld fiber glass. Don’t recommend.

The hood looks great but, unfortunately, the sprayer nozzles do not fit on the new hood (they pop of as the hood is slightly thicker). I'm having to order universal nozzles to see if I can fix it. Also, the hood does not include a heat shield, or the option of buy one that goes with this type of specific hood.

Asking how the parts look on my car but I haven’t received them

Looking like a scam site. Ordered 2 simple emblems 2 weeks ago. I get an email, part should be on the car, how's it look??????
Still no package. If they're legit, they need to do something. K2 where you at????

Placed order on 7/26/26 with a stated delivery date of 8/6. Have yet to receive as of 8/13/26.

Figment and installation went perfect no complaints whatsoever. Decided to do with clear rear marker lights to complete the look with these tail lights. Looks great with the silver on my car.
